    • PURPOSE: To prevent a lid body from being removed, and prevent a content from leaking out and the hot insulation capability from reducing, etc., when a large number of containers are transported under a condition wherein they are arranged to each other and are adjacent to each other by making the directions in the width and/or length directions of a lid body smaller than the directions in the width and length directions of a main body. CONSTITUTION: An expanded synthetic resin container 1 is used when a large number of containers being arranged in the longitudinal and lateral directions are transported by a transport means such as aircraft or vehicle, etc. For such an expanded synthetic resin container 1, both longitudinal and lateral dimensions of a lid body 2 which is placed on the opening of a rectangular container main body 3 are formed smaller compared to those dimensions of the main body 3. That is, the lid body 2 is formed into smaller dimensions than the container main body 3 by approx. 0.2mm or more, preferably by approx. 0.5-3mm. By doing so, for containers 1 which are arranged and adjacent to each other, the lid bodies 2 are prevented from coming into contact with each other accompanying a vibration, etc., at the time of transport, and both lid body 2 and container main body 3 are prevented from generating a separating and detaching force to eliminate the leakage of a content or the decrease of the hot insulation capability, etc.

CONSTITUTION: A fitting protuberance 4 provided on an upper end face of a side wall 3 of a container body 1 is joined to a fitting recess 8 provided on a lower surface of a cover body 2 by engaging a projected part 5 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the fitting protuberance 4 as a main fastening part to a recessed part 19 formed in the fitting recess 8. On the other hand, on the inner peripheral surface, the fastening protuberance 4 and the fastening recess 8 are firmly fitted to each other by engaging a fastening projected part 10 formed in the fitting recess 8 to a fastening recessed part 6 formed on a vertical surface of the fitting protuberance 4 as an auxiliary fastening part. In this fitting structure, a vertical uncovering force Fs is large in comparison with a simple vertical fitting structure or a single-side fitting structure, and the cover body 2 is prevented from slipping off upward even when the outside of the cover body 2 is lifted. In addition, an oblique uncovering force F2 is also large, and an airtightness can be enhanced.

The lath net or the lath body is welded with the plate material 150 so as to form a compound material, and the.lath net or the lath body of this compound material is fused for fixation to the side surface of the foaming resin plate by heating.

    • PURPOSE:To strongly connect lath attached structural wall bodies adjacent to each other without generating a stage difference, and to facilitate the construction thereof by using the lath attached structural wall body, in which a lath net is fixed to at least one side surface of a foaming resin plate, and favorably connecting both the lath nets. CONSTITUTION:A lath net 20 has an overhang part 15, which is hung out from the peripheral edge of a foaming resin plate 10, and the overhang part 15 is overlapped on the lath net 20 of another lath applied wall body, and mortar (m) is attached thereto. The overhang part 15 of the lath net 20 is locked with the foaming resin plate 10 of another lath attached structural wall body by a locking member. The overhang part 15 of the lath net 20 is hung over from the peripheral edge of adjacent two sides of the foaming resin plate 10. Both the foaming resin plates 10 of the lath attached structural wall bodies adjacent to each other are connected by a shiplap. The connection part by the shiplap is sealed by a seal member. A projecting part of the connection part by the shiplap is fitted in a recessed part of the connection part. Both the foaming resin plates 10 of the lath attached structural wall bodies adjacent to each other are connected by a dovetail joint. A dovetail tenon of the dovetail joint is made removable from the foaming resin plate 10.
