    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closed scroll compressor efficiently lowering the oil rise quantity in an intermediate space provided with a discharge pipe between a compressing mechanism part and a motor part inside a closed container. SOLUTION: A compressor mechanism is arranged in an upper part of a closed container, and a motor part for driving the compressing mechanism is arranged in a lower part thereof, and a frame for supporting the compressing mechanism and the motor part are housed inside the closed container so as to divide a space inside the sealed container into an upper space over the compressing mechanism, an intermediate space provided with a discharge pipe between the compressing mechanism and the motor part, and a lower space under the motor part. In a closed scroll compressor with this structure, plural plate traps extended in the vertical direction with a required radial directional height are provided in the inner wall surface of the closed container at the intermediate part thereof with a required space in the circumferential direction.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an oil rising quantity of a compressor by arranging plural passage parts to connect upper and lower spaces in a stator part outside edge part of an electric motor, forming a single passage among them as a passage of oil flowing in the downward direction, and forming the other passages as passages of compressed gas being a downward flow or a rising flow. SOLUTION: In a hermetic scroll compressor in which an electric motor chamber upper space is communicated with an electric motor chamber lower space through passages 25 (25a to 25d) between an electric motor stator and a casing inner wall surface 2m of a sealed vessel, a core cut part 3n is arranged in a stator outer peripheral part of an electric motor, and an outer peripheral part of a stator is vertically cut by four places, and a space part is formed. Among the spaces 25a to 25d, the whole area of the space 25a is made to function as a passage to flow oil in the downward direction, and the space 25b is made to function as a passage to flow compressed gas in the downward direction, and the spaces 25c and 25d are made to function as passages to flow compressed gas being a rising flow, respectively. Therefore, an oil separating function of the compressor is improved, and the cooling action on the electric motor is improved.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve oil supply ability in a scroll compressor in which a first back pressure chamber which is communicated with a bearing part and retains pressure approximately equal to discharge pressure and a second back pressure chamber which retains low pressure are formed, by arranging an oil discharging passage which runs in only one direction in which lubricant oil supplied to a bearing part is introduced to a lubricant oil part. SOLUTION: When a crankshaft is rotated by an electric motor so that a scroll compressor is driven, centrifugal pump action is simultaneously acted by an oil supply passage 22 eccentrically arranged to the crankshaft so that lubricant oil is guided upward the oil supply passage 22 and reaches a bearing part by being passed through an oil supply passage 22b and a space at the upper end of the crankshaft. Circulating oil which is circulated in a turning bearing part 30 from a pressure difference oil supply passage through an oil supply groove 30a from the space at the upper end of the crankshaft and has lubricated the turning bearing part 30, reaches a first back pressure chamber 99, and next is introduced from an oil discharge hole to an oil discharge pipe 20. Hereat, lubricant oil pressure is raised more than discharge pressure so that the valve 201 of the oil discharge pipe 20 is opened by differential pressure, therefore the lubricant oil is discharged to the inside of a sealed container.
