    • PURPOSE:To eliminate the influence of a diluting liquid from the count value of particles and the shape of a volume distribution by storing the information on the volume distribution of the diluting liquid by each size and subtracting the value of the volume distribution of the diluting liquid therefrom by each of the respective sizes in the stage measuring a specimen. CONSTITUTION:The analyzing instrument is constituted of a detector 1, a sample feeder 2, a photoelectric converter 3, a peak value measuring circuit 6, storage circuits 14, 15 and a display device 16, etc. The measurement of the diluting liquid is first executed and the information on the volume of impurities is inputted to the storage circuit 14. The measurement of the specimen is then executed and the information on the volume of blood cells is inputted to the circuit 14. The slice levels of the blood platelet and red blood cells are set in accordance with the information on the volume of the normal specimen and the counting of the blood platelet and red blood cells is executed. The influence of the diluting liquid to be used is thereby eliminated and the stable information on the number and volume of the particles is obtd.

An elastic packing material 703 is bonded to a cover lid 702, and the packing material 703 pressedly abuts to a reagent preparative port 21a to be blocked in a condition where the cover 702 is lowered. A plunger 28 and a plunger driving mechanism 29 are disposed in a reagent table 20 side opposing to a reagent box cover side, and a tip of the plunger 28 abuts to a plunger pressingly abutting part 70a when the plunger 28 is extended. The cover lid 702 is also moved vertically interlocking with vertical motion of the plunger 28 to form a closely contacting condition and a spaced condition for the port 21a of the packing material 703.

The data directly related to life among transmission data is preferentially transmitted to biochemically related data. As a result, the data directly related to life is preferentially displayed on the display device 101 in the treatment chamber 100.

One of the contact element 19 is connected to the electrode 13 and the other end thereof comes into contact with the electric terminal 7. Each one end of the contact elements 20 is connected to the ion selective electrode 14 and the other ends thereof come into contact with the electric terminals 8. The heat of the thermostatic part 1 is transmitted to the electrodes 13, 14 through the terminals 7, 8 and the contact elements 19, 20 by conduction.
