    • PURPOSE:To obtain a high cooling effect and to prevent damage of an electrical heating element due to contamination around the electrical heating element by providing a contact surface for pressing and sliding a cooling member and a surface which contacts the cooling member through a gap where a thermally conductive liquid exists at a thermally conductive element which allows the heat to be conducted to the cooling member by pressing the electrical heating element elastically. CONSTITUTION:A thermally conductive heat-absorbing member 4 is pressed against an electrical heating element 5 which is fixed to a substrate 6 and a thermally conductive liquid 7 is filled into the gap to reduce thermal resistance on the surface of the electrical heating element 5. Heat of the electrical heating element 5 is propagated to a cooling member 2 through a heat-absorbing part 4 and an interlocking member 3 and is further propagated to a cooling member 9 and a cooling fluid 8 toward the outside finally. The interlocking member 3 is interlocked to the thermally conductive member cooling member 2 and the heat-absorbing member 4 so that it can rotate. Thus, the entire heat resistance can be reduced and damage of the electrical heating element due to wear powder can be prevented.

    • PURPOSE: To prevent temperature rise of fluid in the suction chamber of a compressor by a method wherein fluid, whose amount is larger than the amount of fluid sucked by the compressor, is supercharged into the suction chamber and a part of the fluid is discharged to the outside of the suction chamber.
      CONSTITUTION: A fan, connected to a crankshaft 3, is provided in the frame 4 of the compressor and the operating fluid, supercharged into the suction chamber 13, passes through a passageway means 14, introduced into the frame 4 and is discharged to the outside thereof from a discharging port 16. Accordingly, the inner wall of the suction chamber 13 is cooled by excessive operating fluid and the fluid, which deprives heat in the suction chamber 13, is sucked out by the fan an all times, therefore, the inside of the suction chamber may be maintained at a low temperature at all times.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate cooling of an enclosed space while to improve compression performance by arranging a cooling pipe for flowing refrigerant in an enclosed space formed by fixed and swing scrolls while contacting the cooling pipe with both scrolls. CONSTITUTION:Through motion of a swing scroll 2, an enclosed space 12 formed between a fixed scroll 1 is sequentially compressed toward central direction to delivery fluid such as refrigerant gas through a delivery port 3. In such a machine, spiral cooling pipes 11 same with the laps 1B, 2B of each scroll 1, 2 are arranged in the enclosed space 12. In other word, the cooling pipe 11 is arranged between a plate 1A of fixed scroll 1 and a lap 2B of swing scroll 2 and contacted with the plate 1A and laps 1B, 2B to maintain seal of enclosed space 12. Refrigerant is circulated in said cooling pipe 11 to suppress temperature rise of both scrolls 1, 2.

    • PURPOSE: To contrive miniatruization and speed-up of the machine and prevent not only collision of both scrolls against the laps thereof but also damage due to the collision by a method wherein a balance weight is provided on the disc of a crank shaft while the rotary scroll is rotated by the crank shaft of fixed eccentricity to cancel centrifugal force.
      CONSTITUTION: The balance weight 13, engaging with the disc 6B of the crank shaft 6, is rotated together with the crank shaft 6 by the rotation of the crank shaft 6 and the centrifugal force, opposing to the centrifugal force of the rotary scroll 2 and substantially equal to the same, is generated, thereby making the centrifugal force, acting on the rotary scroll 2, into zero. Accordingly, the centrifugal force of the rotary scroll 2 will never act on the bearings 5 of the main bearings 8, 9, and the miniatruization and speed-up of the device may be contrived and the capacity of the device may be enlarged. On the other hand, the rotary motion of the rotary scroll 2 is effected by the crank shaft 6 of fixed eccentricity, therefore, the troubles of the laps 1b, 2b of both scrolls 1, 2 due to the collision and damage caused by external vibrations may be prevented.
