The base station apparatus includes a determination unit determining whether an uplink signal received from the user equipment terminal is to be retransmitted, a control information generation unit generating control information to permit the user equipment terminal to transmit an uplink signal, and a transmission unit transmitting the control information to the user equipment terminal. Further, in the base station apparatus, when the determination unit determines that the uplink signal is to be retransmitted, the control information generation unit generates the control information so as to include retransmission information indicating that an uplink signal transmitted before from the user equipment terminal is to be retransmitted.

摘要： The current situation is such that it is difficult for drugs to reach posterior tissues of an eyeball, such as choroid and retina, with the result that treating diseases in such regions is difficult. Thus, how to attain effective delivery of drugs is of importance. It has been found that effective delivery of drugs to positerior tissues of the eyeball, such as choroid and retina, especially those wherein vascularization has occurred can be accomplished by systemic administration, especially intravenous administration of polymer micells having a drug incorporated therein. Further, it has been found that when a photosensitive substance is used as a drug and PDT is carried out, choroidal neo-vessels can be effectively choked so as to be useful for the treatment of age-related macular degeneration.

摘要： The present invention provides a surface emitting laser and a photodiode which permit secure mounting even in mounting by flip chip bonding, and high-speed modulation. The present invention also provides a manufacturing method therefor and an optoelectric integrated circuit using the surface emitting laser and the photodiode. Semiconductor stacked layers stacked on a semiconductor substrate have a light emitting portion and a reinforcing portion formed with a recessed portion provided therebetween, and a p-type ohmic electrode and an n-type ohmic electrode are formed on the top of the reinforcing portion. The p-type ohmic electrode is electrically connected to a p-type contact layer through a contact hole vertically formed in polyimide buried in the recessed portion to permit supply of a current to the light emitting portion in the thickness direction. The recessed portion has a groove formed to reach the semiconductor substrate, thereby suppressing the parasitic capacity between the p-type ohmic electrode and the n-type ohmic electrode.
