    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a subaqueous caisson and a method of reinforcement repair work for the subaqueous caisson, which is simple in structure and low in cost, and can effectively prevent the slippage, fall or the like of the subaqueous caisson due to ocean waves or an earthquake in a short-term of the work.
      SOLUTION: The subaqueous caisson 10 includes: a caisson body 14 installed on the bottom of the water; anchor connection parts 21 which are connected with the caisson body 14 and positioned outside planar circumference profile lines 14a, 14b of the caisson body 14; and ground anchors 28, the upper end parts of which are connected to the anchor connection parts 21, and the lower end parts of which are fixed into the bottom ground G of the water so as to be positioned outside the planar circumference profile lines 14a, 14b of the caisson body 14, thereby providing the caisson body 14 with tensional force (perpendicular force V) toward the bottom side of the water.
