    • Disclosed are a device and a method for managing a flash memory using a page unit mapping. A mapping information generation unit divides pages which constitute blocks into a plurality of page groups, and generates first mapping information to be recorded on preliminary areas of pages that belong to a first page group and second mapping information to be recorded on preliminary areas of pages that belong to the remaining page groups. When a write operation for each page is performed, a mapping information recording unit accumulatively records the mapping information of the pages in the preliminary areas, on which the write operation is performed, and the mapping information of the pages which precede the pages on which the writing operation is performed. In case of a power failure, a mapping information restoration unit restores a mapping table on the basis of the integrated mapping information which is recorded on the preliminary areas of recent pages or representative pages of the page groups that constitute each block.

    • The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for producing metal nanoparticles using granule-type electrodes, in which a pair of electrode housings spaced apart from each other is filled with metal granules, and electrolysis is performed on the metal granules using alternating current, to thereby mass produce metal nanoparticles having a uniform shape in a continuous and inexpensive manner. The apparatus of the present invention comprises: a reaction container in which an electrolytic solution is contained; a first electrode and a second electrode which are formed by filling a first electrode housing and a second electrode housing, which are spaced apart from each other in the reaction container, with a plurality of metal granules or flakes; and a power supply device for applying alternating current power between the first electrode and the second electrode so as to induce an electrolysis reaction. The first electrode housing and the second electrode housing have a plurality of holes or slits formed at the opposite surfaces thereof, respectively, so as to discharge metal ions eluted by the electrolysis reaction.

    • A method and kit for simultaneous detection and/or determination of a plurality of modified proteins in a sample. The method comprises: a) contacting the sample under mild protein denaturation conditions with a plurality of first antibodies capable of binding to a specific target protein, the first antibodies being immobilized on solid support material, each first antibody being differentiable from others by a differentiation parameter, whereby the first antibodies bind to respective target proteins present in the sample; b) removing unbound materials from the locus of the first antibodies; c) contacting the materials from step (b) with one or more second antibodies, each of which is specific to a class or subclass of modified proteins or with a plurality of second antibodies, each of which is specific to a modified protein, so as to bind the second antibody or antibodies to modified proteins in the sample; and d) detecting and/or determining a plurality of modified proteins in the sample.
