    • A transmission shift fork (14c, 114, 214) engages with a coupling sleeve (C1, C2, C3) of a synchronizer (S1, S2, S3) and shifting the coupling sleeve (C1, C2, C3). The transmission shift fork (14c, 114, 214) includes a first part (16), a second part (17, 117, 217) and at least one fin (21, 121, 221). The first part (16) is configured and arranged to movably mount the transmission shift fork (14c, 114, 214) in a shift fork movement direction. The second part (17, 117, 217) includes a coupling sleeve facing surface, an outwardly facing surface, and a pair of shift-direction facing surfaces (17b and 17c, 117b and 117c, 217b and 217c) disposed between the coupling sleeve facing surface and the outwardly facing surface, the coupling sleeve facing surface including at least one coupling sleeve engagement part (18, 118, 218) configured and arranged to engage with an engaging groove (M) formed on an external circumferential surface of the coupling sleeve (C1, C2, C3), the outwardly facing surface including an oil catch disposed in a position with respect to the coupling sleeve engagement part (18, 118, 218) such that the oil catch captures lubricating oil and supplies to the coupling sleeve engagement part (18, 118, 218). The fin (21, 121, 221) projects from inside an oil receiving recess (20, 120, 220) defined by the oil catch.

    • A transmission is provided to supply lubricating oil through a side of a clutch gear of a shift fork and a coupling sleeve to a clutch gear by using a side of the shift fork and the coupling sleeve. A transmission includes a rotary shaft, a shift gear rotatable relatively to the rotary shaft, a clutch gear(CG) arranged in a concave part formed at a side of the shift gear, a coupling sleeve(C3), a shift fork(F3), and a lubricating oil supply unit. A spline is installed in the coupling sleeve in order to be engaged with the clutch gear. The spline and the rotary shaft are rotated at the same time. The shift fork is used for moving the coupling sleeve along a shaft direction. The shift fork is coupled with an outer circumference of the coupling sleeve. The lubricating oil supply unit supplies lubricating oil to the clutch gear by using the side of the shift fork installed at the clutch gear and the coupling sleeve.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently secure lubrication in an engaging part between an annular groove of a spline ring in a transmission shift stage change-over device and a shift fork.
      SOLUTION: The shift fork has a circular pawl bent with the same curvature as the curvature of the annular groove of the spline ring. The shift fork is tilted between a change-over operation position where the pawl uniformly approaches to/abuts on the bottom of the annular groove of the spline ring throughout its whole length and a change-over standby position where the pawl approaches to/abuts on the bottom of the annular groove of the spline ring at one end on the downstream side in view along the moving direction of the annular groove with the rotation of the spline ring and floats from the bottom of the annular ring of the spline ring at the other end on the upstream side.
