摘要： Hydraulic system for a vehicle, having a hydraulic, load-carrying assembly which has a movable structural element, and a hydraulic device (4) for actuating the structural element, said hydraulic system having a primary circuit having a servo device (1), a stationary hydraulic pump (2), a directional valve (3), and said hydraulic device, which are arranged in order to operate the assembly. According to the invention, the hydraulic system has a supplementary circuit, being connected to the primary circuit and including a variable hydraulic pump (6) which is arranged in order to supply an adjustable addition of hydraulic oil to the hydraulic device, and a proportional valve (7) being arranged between the variable hydraulic pump and the hydraulic device in order to regulate the flow of hydraulic oil to the hydraulic device as a function of a received flow signal. The variable hydraulic pump having a load detecting regulator (8) which is arranged for detecting the load on the hydraulic device when the variable hydraulic pump is in operation. Furthermore, the invention relates to a vehicle including such a hydraulic system, and to a supplementary unit for such a vehicle.

摘要： The present invention relates to a valve assembly for the supply of users in hydraulic control systems with pressurized fluid for the load pressure (LS) independent control of several simultaneously actuated hydraulic users wherein the ratio of the partial flows once set is maintained at undersupply of the system with the pressurized fluid. When the demand of the users exceeds the maximum output flow of the variable displacement pump, the (high) priority users receive the demanded quantity whereas the low priority users receive a reduced quantity by switching the control pressure for the low (i.e. no) priority users via a directional control valve and a pressure relief valve to a lower pressure level. Only when undersupply of the entire system occurs, i.e. when the maximum output flow of the variable displacement pump is no more sufficient despite the limitation of the control pressure for the low priority users, then the presently flowing partial flows of all users are reduced proportionally.

The hydraulic system inputs rotary power from a rotary power producing means to a hydraulic pump to produce hydraulic power, and operates an actuator by the hydraulic power. A hydraulic oil drain line from the actuator is branched into a flow rate control line as a line connected to a spool of a flow rate control valve controllable by manipulation of a lever and a power regeneration line as a line connected to a variable displacement motor for converting hydraulic power of discharged hydraulic oil to reusable energy. A regeneration ratio control means is also arranged to control the variable displacement motor such that a flow rate of the power regeneration line satisfies a preset fixed ratio α relative to a flow rate occurred in the flow rate control line by the manipulation of the lever.
