      SOLUTION: A screen fixing means 70 includes a peripheral edge fixing means 70a bringing a peripheral edge of the dust removing screen 71 into tight contact with and fixing it to an outer-frame-like reinforcing projection 29b of an inside plate 23, and an inside part fixing means 70b fixing the inside part surrounded by the peripheral edge of the dust removing screen 71 to each cross-beam-like reinforcing projection 29c of the inside plate 23 in a manner of being spaced away from each reinforcing projection 29c. In the inside part fixing means 70b, a nut 98 serving as a spacer is threadingly fitted to each stud bolt 91 first, and then each fixing hole of the dust removing screen 71 is fitted to each stud bolt 91 via the nut 98. Then, a fixing nut 97 is threadingly fitted onto the dust removing screen 71 to fix it, so that a space 99 may be formed between each reinforcing projection 29c of the inside plate 23 and the dust removing screen 71.
