SOLUTION: The noise-restraining device 11 is installed at each of a bucket-side plates 6s, located at both right and left side parts of a bucket 6. The noise-restraining device 11 is formed, by integrating a storage part forming member 13 forming a flat filler storage space 12, with a bucket-side plate 6s serving as a base material, and filling the flat filler storage space 12 with a filler 14. The filler 14 is formed, by mixing powders and grains, such as steel balls with a plurality of diameters.
