摘要： An integrated micro thermister type flow control module in which, when a fluid enters the integrated module past a fluid channel and a suspended microstructure into a thermally-driven microvalve zone, the latter utilizes heat actuation to drive a silicon microbridge with mesa to open a linear proportional flow microvalve. A thermister type flow sensing unit is disposed in the fluid channel to sense the flow amount. The sensing unit is synchronously made with the microvalve and the silicon microbridge structure in an integration process so as to reduce manufacturing steps and minimize the size of the module.

摘要： The present invention relates to a heat dissipating apparatus having micro-structure layer and method for fabricating the same. The method provides two highly heat conductive members having structure patterns. A highly heat conductive material is coated on the structured patterns by means of injection molding for forming a micro-structure layer. The two highly heat conductive members are assembled to form a heat dissipating apparatus having micro-structure layer. The heat dissipating apparatus comprises a main body composed of the highly heat conductive members. The main body forms an accommodating cavity, and inner surfaces of the accommodating cavity form the micro-structure layer. A working fluid is filled into the accommodating cavity for transferring heat from a heat absorbing surface to a heat dissipating surface.

摘要： The invention provides a method for fabricating wick microstructures in heat pipes, comprising the following steps: providing a flat plate and a mold with several molding holes; filling a powder material in the several molding holes and putting the mold to cover the flat plate so as to form an object to be sintered; sintering the object; and removing the mold to form a flat plate with wick microstructures. The wick microstructures are arranged on the flat plate in a form of microgrooves, microcylinders or any combination of them. The flat plate with wick microstructures is further processed to form a heat pipe with a characteristic shape and having two kinds of wick microstructures such that the heat transferred by the heat pipe is increased and the occurrence of dry out of the heat pipe is delayed.

摘要： A monolithic silicon mass flow control structure is made by etching process to form a valve structure and a channel in a silicon chip, laser or electric discharge process to form a flow inlet and a flow outlet in a glass chip, and anode connection process to combine the silicon chip and the glass chip. At least a flow sensing element and a micro valve control element are disposed above the channel and the valve structure respectively for flow sensing and control purposes. A semi-complete product is sealed on a base board, wherein an output signal from the flow sensing element is compared with a pre-set value in an externally connected control circuit, which will change heating condition so as to control flow of the valve structure.

摘要： A flow controller module comprising at least one micro flow sensor and a microvalve, integrated in a micro flow channel, is disclosed. The micro flow sensor comprises a pressure sensitive flow sensor. At the position of the micro flow sensor, the micro flow channel is provided with an orifice so that pressure of a flow may be enlarged to facilitate measurement of the flow speed. The microvalve comprises a silicon microbridge with a mesa structure and is driven by a voltage. The microvalve may operate under a normally closed mode or a normally open mode. Disclosed in this invention is also a flow sensor suited in the integrated flow controller module. Methods for preparing the flow sensor and the flow controller module are also disclosed.

The base also contains a lower thin film electrode connected to the gradually reducing channel and a plurality of discharging micro tips being installed inside the base at a position corresponding to the lower thin film electrode, the lower thin film electrode being positioned opposite to the upper electrode thin film inside the upper covering layer and the discharging micro tips which are installed on either the upper thin film electrode or the lower thin film electrode, or both, to form an arc discharging structure.
