P side wiring and n side wiring for connecting among the insulating substrates 40 are respectively provided with plate-like main conductors 5a, 6a which are mutually insulated and formed like lamination, and band-like sub-conductors 5b, 6b formed on the ends of the main conductors 5a, 6a which are mutually insulated and formed like lamination.
