摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a bath lid opening and closing device, saving a person from the trouble of opening and closing of a bath lid, capable of housing the opened bath lid without taking a space and capable preventing the lowering of the temp. of hot water caused by the opening of the bath lid. CONSTITUTION: In a bath lid opening and closing device 1, a bath lid 7 having a bath lid extension part 11 connected thereto is placed on the bathtub 5 in a bathroom 3. The bath lid extension part 11 is connected to a roller 15 provided between the bathtub 5 and a wall surface 13. When the bath lid extension part 11 is taken up by the roller 15, the bath lid 7 is opened and, when the roller 15 is reversely rotated, the bath lid 7 is closed. A water level sensor 23 and a temp. sensor 25 are provided in the bathtub 5 and a human body detection sensor 27 and an operation panel 29 are provided in the bathroom 3. A control part 31 controls the operation of the bath lid 7 and a cock 33 on the basis of the signals sent from the sensors 23, 25, 27 and the operation panel 29.

摘要： PURPOSE: To obtain comfortable air conditioning even in a sever cold season by allowing a refrigerant to flow into an auxiliary heat exchanger when a refrigerant temperature is not higher than a predetermined level and allowing the refrigerant to flow into an air type heat exchanger when an external air temperature is not lower than a predetermined level and the temperature differences between the external air temperature and an indoor temperature are not greater than a predetermined value. CONSTITUTION: An air type heat exchanger 1 is provided between a compressor 7 and a pressure drop unit 11, and a gas-firing type heat exchanger 3 which is an auxiliary heat exchanger is provided to the air type heat exchanger 1. When a refrigerant temperature measured by a temperature sensor 17 is lower than a first preset temperature, a controller 15 controls a change-over valve 13 to cause the refrigerant sent from the pressure drop unit 11 to flow into the gas-firing type heat exchanger 3. During a period when the gas-firing type heat exchanger is actuated, a temperature sensor 18 measures an external air temperature while a temperature sensor 19 measures an indoor temperature. When an external air temperature is higher than a second preset temperature, or when the temperature differences between the indoor temperature and a third preset temperature are smaller than a predetermined value, the controller 15 changes over the flow passage of the refrigerant by the change-over value 13 to cause the refrigerant in the pressure drop unit 11 to flow into the air heat exchanger 1.

A voltage controller 7 converts voltages supplied from a power supply 11 to specified voltages corresponding to the adjustment of the switch 5 and supplies the converted voltages to a Peltier element 3, so that the upside of the Peltier element 3 becomes low temperatures and a kitchen table 2 is cooled. The heat generated on the downside of the Peltier element 3 due to the supply of voltages is discharged outside through a vent opening 9. That is, the voltage controller 7 regulates the supply amount of voltages corresponding to the adjustment amount of the switch 5 to adjust the temperature of the kitchen table 2. As only the kitchen table 2 is cooled down without cooling the entire room strongly, an economical cooling can be performed without cooling the operator.

According to the preferred embodiment, the trouble-shooting device 2 can specify the type of gas equipment to be trouble-shot or maker automatically and so a trouble-shooting can be easily carried out.
