CONSTITUTION:An inorg. material such as OYA-ISHI (a tuff) is impregnated or spray-coated with an org. solvent such as methyl alcohol and then allowed to stand to dry the material surface. The table 4 carrying the material 5 is moved at a fixed speed at right angles to the oscillating direction of the beam (a) to form a white ceramic band of specified width on the material 5 surface. The band-shaped ceramic layer is successively superposed on one another in the Y direction to make the entire surface of the material ceramic.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a white panel suitable for trim and facing, slightly causing shrinking crack, etc., having excellent durability, by blending cement (composition) with titanium oxide, molding, curing and hardening. CONSTITUTION:Cement alone or a composition of cement blended with aggregate and an admixture is kneaded with titanium oxide. Then the blend is molded into a given shape, cured and hardened to give a white panel. Consequently, a milky white panel can be formed without requiring use of gypsum, white cement, etc., as a simple substance. Since the prepared panel has milky white surface, the panel colors well in coloring and has high selectivity in terms of color and design. Since a milky white panel is obtained even by blending the cement (composition) with an ultra-fine admixture such as fumed silica, fly ash, etc., containing a black carbon component, a high-strength, thin, light weight white inorganic panel for trim and facing can readily be produced.
