    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method that can easily manufacture a coil whose core is wound with a conductor without causing damage to the conductor.
      SOLUTION: The coil wound with the conductor is prepared. Next, a resin-molded body formed by resin-molding the coil is formed. The resin-molded body is arranged in a metal mold, and magnetic power is filled to the circumference of the resin-molded body and pressurized, thus obtaining a pressed body formed by integrating the core composed of the magnetic powder and the resin-molded body. At this time, a supercompression moldable member is arranged in the metal mold. The supercompression moldable member may be formed into a protrusion using the same material of the resin of the resin-molded body, or a protrusion independent from the resin-molded body. By pressure-molding the coil that is resin-molded in advance in the metal mold together with the magnetic powder, a mold resin prevents the direct contact of the conductor and the magnetic power, and the conductor is prevented from being damaged.
