摘要： An apparatus, method, and system are described for data transfer between a user equipment (UE) and Data Storage Function (DSF) in a 6G system. The data transfer occurs via a control and/or user plane using a data ID and data filter defined using data ID, metadata, data source, and labeling. User plane data transfer is based on a protocol data unit (PDU) or a standalone data session. The DSF provides data services by service application programming interfaces (APIs). A Service Infrastructure Control Function (SICF) configures routing policies to an evolved Service Communication Proxy User Plane (eSCP-U) to route data inquiries to the correct DSF using a service mesh.

摘要： Embodiments of a User Equipment (UE), Next Generation Node-B (gNB) and methods of communication are generally described herein. The UE receive training signals from a plurality of transmit-receive points (TRPs) associated with the gNB. Each training signal may comprise a reference signal resource identifier (ID) to indicate a corresponding TRP and a corresponding transmit direction of a plurality of transmit directions. The UE may, for each transmit direction of the plurality of transmit directions, determine an average signal quality measurement based on individual signal quality measurements in multiple receive directions. The UE may select, for reporting to the gNB, a subset of the average signal quality measurements to ensure that the average signal quality measurements excluded from the subset are less than or equal to a minimum value of the average signal quality measurements in the subset.

摘要： Embodiments of an Evolved Node-B (eNB) and methods for transition between idle and connected modes are disclosed herein. The eNB may receive uplink data packets from a User Equipment (UE) using a lightweight Radio Resource Control (RRC) connection between the eNB and the UE. The eNB may transmit an RRC connection release message to the UE to indicate a transition of the UE to an RRC idle mode for the RRC connection. The RRC connection release message may include an indicator of whether the UE is to store context information for the RRC connection. The eNB may further receive additional uplink data packets according to the stored context information using a lightweight RRC connection.

A messaging process is utilized which includes a random access procedure for a user equipment (UE) and an eNodeB, and a messaging sequence comprising a reduced number of messages (compared to a legacy Radio Resource Control (RRC) Connection messaging sequence) exchanged between different nodes of the network to establish a connection. 摘要： A method, system and device are provided for avoiding in-device coexistence interference between different radio technologies deployed in adjacent bands on the same device by allocating a non-interfering downlink signaling channel for downlink reception of interference avoidance instructions at the UE device. In operation, a user equipment device detects IDC interference and sends an IDC indication message to the radio network to get an appropriate solution, but instead of waiting at the current frequency to receive the IDC response from the radio network, the user equipment device moves to a non-interfering downlink signaling channel for downlink reception of interference avoidance instructions.

摘要： Methods of allocating orthogonal resources of a wireless communication network to a user equipment (UE) that uses transmit diversity are disclosed. In one or more embodiments, the UE is configured to transmit a reference symbol and a modulated symbol on multiple orthogonal resources on an antenna. The method includes: selecting, by the UE, a first and a second orthogonal resource, respectively, from a plurality of orthogonal resources according to the state of information bits to be communicated by the UE; and transmitting, by the UE, the reference and data symbols on the first and the second orthogonal resource, respectively, on one antenna. The first and the second resource are different for at least one of the states of the information bits. The first and the second resource are both in the same physical resource block.

The method includes a first access node performing at least one of blanking and transmitting at lower than nominal transmit power on at least a portion of a control channel. The method further includes the first access node applying at least one of blanking and transmitting at lower than nominal transmit power only on the control region of chosen subframes, wherein a second access node transmits the control region of the chosen subframes at nominal transmit power.
