摘要： The present invention is directed to fibers of epitaxially grown single-wall carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) and methods of making same. Such methods generally comprise the steps of: (a) providing a spun SWNT fiber; (b) cutting the fiber substantially perpendicular to the fiber axis to yield a cut fiber; (c) etching the cut fiber at its end with a plasma to yield an etched cut fiber; (d) depositing metal catalyst on the etched cut fiber end to form a continuous SWNT fiber precursor; and (e) introducing feedstock gases under SWNT growth conditions to grow the continuous SWNT fiber precursor into a continuous SWNT fiber.

The apparatus includes a position recognizer including at least one radio frequency identification unit for reading information data on an object through a sensor; and a path analyzing and processing unit for allocating each unique coordinates to the radio frequency identification units based on a relative position in a space where a position recognizer is disposed and recognizing the position of the object and analyzing the path based on the object information data received by the sensor in the radio frequency identification unit corresponding to the unique coordinate. Thus, it is possible to track the path of an object with a low density of RFID tags.

摘要： The present invention relates to a washing machine which can selectively performs a water washing and an oil washing by using one washing tub, wherein the washing machine has a self-diagnostic function and a communication function. In accordance with the present invention, the water washing and the oil washing can be performed with respect to one washing tub by completely removing alien material and the oil remaining on the washing tub and deterioration of the laundry can be avoided, while providing economic benefits by using the oil reclaimed by a reclamation process. Further, since the present invention has a self-diagnostic function and remote maintenance function for assisting the user, it has an advantage in that the user can easily finish the maintenance in a shorter time.
