    • PURPOSE: To deal with an intricate pattern while lowering the cost by providing wiring grooves and protrusions, for receiving wires being wired in a required pattern, on the upper and lower surfaces of an insulating plate and turning up a part of wire, wired on any one of the upper or lower surface of the insulating plate, to the other surface along the side end face of the insulating plate. CONSTITUTION: A wire 11 is inserted into a wiring groove 7 made in the upper surface of an insulating plate 3 and extended outward from the side end face of the wiring groove 7 at a part where the wiring groove 7 extends to the side end face of the insulating plate 3. After extending by a required length, the wire is inserted again into the wiring groove 7 in the upper surface from the side end face thus laying the wire simultaneously in the wiring grooves 7, 7 of upper and lower surfaces. The wire 11 extended outward from the side end face of the insulating plate 3 is bent along the side end face and inserted sequentially into an adjacent groove 8 and a wiring groove 7 in the lower surface. Consequently, inner circuits can be provided on the opposite sides of the insulating plate and an intricate circuit can be formed without increasing the area.

    • PURPOSE:To easily and surely wire electric wires and, at the same time, to simplify en electric connector box and reduce the size of the box as a whole by forming wiring grooves on one surface of an insulating board and part of the other surface and providing pressure-contact terminal drive sections at required spots of the wiring grooves. CONSTITUTION:A thick insulating board 12 is held between an upper case 10 and lower case 11. First wiring grooves 13 and second wiring grooves 14 for inserting and holding electric wire are formed on the lower and upper surfaces of the board 12 in accordance with wiring patterns and thin wires and thick wires 16 are directly put in the grooves 13 and 14 from electric feeding machines. Then press-contacting terminals 17 and 18 are connected to the wires 15 and 16 held in the grooves 13 and 14 by pressure-fitting pressure- contacting sections 17a and 18a at one ends of the terminals 17 and 18 and output-input terminal sections 17b and 18b at the other ends of the terminals 17 and 18 protrude from terminal holes 19 and 20 provided in the external walls of the cases 10 and 11. Therefore, no wiring die is required and the size of an electrical connecting box can be reduced.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of defective crimping on manufactured lateral linkage type metals by forming angular holes at the positions of round holes when the round holes required during the manufacturing process become unnecessary. CONSTITUTION:A belt-like raw material plate 20 is pressed in the vertical direction, and irregularities are formed for preventing a slip and a deformation. Round holes 22 for positioning are bored on a terminal carrier section 21 so that a pilot pin sharpened at the tip can be inserted regardless of directivity. The raw material plate 20 is punched into prescribed shapes and folded to form terminal metals 23. Angular holes 24 are bored at the positions where the round holes 22 are formed on the terminal carrier section 21. Even if a feed claw 31 is retreated by a stroke sufficiently larger than the pitch between terminals 10 in the lateral linkage type terminal metals thus manufactured, the claw 31 is stopped on the terminal carrier section 21 before it reaches the first angular hole 24c. A desired feed action can be given to the terminal metals 23.
