    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamination type method for manufacturing a PC panel which prevents occurrence of an initial freezing damage in the winter season or the like and enables attainment of a sufficient concrete strength. SOLUTION: After concrete C is placed in a form 1, a vacuum mat 5 is laid on the concrete C and a vacuum suction hose 7 is connected thereto so as to conduct an operation of sucking bleeding water on the surface of the concrete. After the sucking operation is completed, the vacuum mat 5 is removed, an insulating material 10 having an electric heater 12 incorporated is laid and the electric heater 12 is made to heat so as to ensure the shape retention of a PC panel. With the insulating material 10 left on the PC panel of which the shape retention is ensured, each of the aforesaid processes of placing the concrete, laying the vacuum mat, laying the insulating material and ensuring the shape retention is repeated sequentially and thereby a plurality of PC panels are manufactured in lamination in the same form material 1. The concrete is cured by heating by leaving the electric heater 12 heating also after the shape retention is attained, so as to ensure the concrete strength of the PC panel and to improve the speed of production.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting method and structure of an inexpensive finish member which is easily executed and which can greatly increase, the separation strength of the finish member having a different coefficient of thermal expansion from the substrate concrete and absorb the difference in the thermal expansion by isolation of both materials. SOLUTION: Naps 14b protruding to one face side of a napped cloth 14 are integrally pushed in a substrate concrete face 11 and the naps 14c protruding to the other face side are integrally stuck on the rear face of the finish member with an adhesive to join the substrate concrete 11 and the finish member 12. In this way, the thread part 14a of the napped cloth functions as an isolation layer to absorb the difference of thermal expansion of the substrate concrete 11 and the finish member 12 and the napped parts of both faces integrally joined with the substrate concrete and the finish member function as anchors. Since a number of naps are erected closely, the connection strength of the substrate concrete and the finish member is stuck and fixed uniformly as much as possible on the whole surface and hence, the separation strength is remarkably increased.
