摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold releasing agent coating roller capable of preventing a mold releasing agent from leaking out of a roller end part and uniformly coating the roller end part with the mold releasing agent. SOLUTION: The end face of an oil feed roller 12 is covered by a surface layer 25 and an extruded part 23a is formed on a felt layer 23 so as to prevent a mold releasing oil from leaking out of the end part of the oil feed roller 12. Also, the surface layer 25 covering the end face of the oil feed roller 12 is fixedly pressed by a washer 30 with check claw 31 without using an adhesive agent. By this, the air inside the oil feed roller 12 can be relieved to the outside and, even if the air inside a roller is thermally expanded the surface layer 25 is not expanded. Accordingly, the surface layer 25 is not peeled off nor streaked. Thus, the image quality of an output image is not lowered because an overlapped toner image is clearly fixed on print paper.

SOLUTION: A composite inorganic molding 4 having an inorganic fiber cloth 2 is provided on a surface layer 11 of an inorganic molding 1, and an inorganic coating layer 3 is formed on the surface. In its embedded state, the cloth 2 is not completely embedded, a protrusion of a shape of the cloth 2 is exposed on the surface layer of the molding 4, and formed in a protrusion and recess state. As a result, the cloth 2 is scarcely released from the layer 11 of the molding 1, and the layer 3 is strongly adhered. Even if a microcrack occurs in a recess part 3a of the layer 3, it is partitioned from another recess part 3a at the protrusion 3b, and a large crack due to an influence of the microcrack to the another recess 3a is prevented.
