摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the leakage of lubricating oil in a casing by a method wherein a stopper member is extended through a seal member which is formed by a resilient substance and with which a stopper hole is closed, and the tip of the stopper member is engaged with the stopper hole of a rotary body. CONSTITUTION:A rotary body 30 and a press body 40 are provided in a threadedly joined state in a casing 20. through rotation of the rotary body 30 through a spring force 70, the press body 40 is advanced in an axial direction. A stopper member 50 to lock rotation of the rotary body 30 is extended through a seal member 51, formed by a resilient substance, to close a stopper hole 34 of the casing 20. The tip of the stopper member is engaged with a stopper hole 25 of the rotary body 30. This constitution prevents the leakage of lubricating oil in the casing.

When the knob 12 is slided in OPEN direction, on the other hand, the coil dia. of the lock spring 10 is enlarged to cause release of locking, and the tension rod 2 is advanced by the compressive spring 4. When moved to a channel-shaped end of slit 13 on the OPEN side, this knob 12 is prevented from automatic returning, and the lock spring 10 is maintained in the dia. enlarged condition, and thus action of a tensioner 1 is continued. Thereby locking the rod 2 from further advancing can be made in any desired position.

摘要： PURPOSE:To miniaturize device and prolong the life by advancing a female screw member with the rotation of a male screw member and forming the oil sump of a lubricant on a cap fitted at the tip of the female screw member. CONSTITUTION:A male screw member 20 is rotated by a coil spring 40, and a female screw member 30 is straightly advanced and driven by this rotation. A cap 71 is coupled at the tip portion of the female screw member 30, and a hole 74 opened in the female screw member 30 is formed in the axial direction of this cap 71. This hole 74 is used as an oil sump 74 storing a lubricant 75. When the inner volume is increased by the advance of the female screw portion 30, the lubricant 75 stored in the oil sump 74 is fed into a casing 11 from the female screw portion 30 in response to the increase, thereby the lubricating action by the lubricant 75 can be sufficiently performed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To attach bellows capable of maintaining an air tightness by connecting the end of the bellows to a cap attached to a casing and interposing a seal ring between this cap and the casing. CONSTITUTION:Bellows 70 is connected to the bent portion of the end of a cap 73. Further, a peripheral groove 26 is formed on the outer face of a casing 20. A sear ring 75 is wound on this peripheral groove 26. The seal ring 75 is an elastic member. When the ring 75 is wound on the peripheral groove 26, the cap 73 is mounted on the casing 20, the inner face of the cap 73 is closely contacted to the outer face of the casing 20 to seal therebetween. Accordingly, it is not required to press the cap in order to maintain an air tightness in the cap 73 attaching part nor require a high dimension accuracy for pressing. A working can be, therefore, easily performed and a productivity can be improved.

摘要： PURPOSE:To design a compact mechanical section having a satisfactory exterior appearance by incorporating a torsion bar for urging a rotary member into rotation, in a shaft, and by filling the gap between the shaft and the rotary member or a stationary member with a viscous substance. CONSTITUTION:A rotary member 1 rotates around a shaft 3, relative to a stationary member 2. The shaft 3 has a double pipe structure consisting of an outer pipe 4 and a inner pipe 5. The gap between the inner and outer pipe 5, 4 of the double pipe structure is filled with viscous grease 12 while a torsion bar 13 is inserted in the inner pipe 5 so that a hook part 13a at the forward end of the torsion bar 13 is linked to the stationary member 2 and the rear end thereof is linked to the rotary member 1. With this arrangement, the mechanical part is integrally incorporated with the shaft so as to be designed in a compact form, and accordingly, no mechanical part is exposed to the outside, thereby it is possible to make the exterior appearance thereof satisfactory.

The flexible member 7 is constituted of a mesh, rubber, spring and synthetic resin, etc., and elastically supports the ceiling 200 for the floor 100. Therefore, the need of the suspending members and connecting members in the conventional method can be obviated, and the material cost can be re duced, and the vibration transmitted from the floor 100 can be effectively absorbed and attenuated by the flexible member 7, and the transmission quantity to the ceiling 200 can be reduced.
