摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lining pipe capable of lining an existing pipe by passing the lining pipe reduced in diameter through the existing pipe to heat the same and a lining method of the existing pipe capable of being performed without adapting a cut-and-cover method. SOLUTION: A lining pipe is formed by using a shape memory rubber compsn. (C) consisting of an ethylene/α-olefin/non-conjugated polyene copolymer rubber (A) which consists of ethylene, a 3-20C α-olefin and non-conjugated polyene and a polyolefinic resin (B). An existing pipe is lined by a method wherein a lining pipe having an outer diameter slightly larger than the inner diameter of the existing pipe is molded by using the shape memory rubber compsn. and heated to temp. higher than the m.p. or softening point of the polyolefinic resin (B) to be deformed into a shape capable of being inserted in the existing pipe to be cooled and this deformed lining pipe is inserted in the existing pipe and a fluid of which the temp. is higher than the m.p. or softening point of the polyolefinic resin (B) is passed through the lining pipe to heat the lining pipe to restore the original shape thereof to closely bond the lining pipe to the inner surface of the existing pipe.

The laminate is obtained by laminating an adhesive layer comprising the adhesive to a resin layer comprising a polyamide, a polycarbonate or a polyester. The laminate has two or more layers having a structure wherein the resin layer and the adhesive layer are adjacently laminated. A packaging material for retort pouches and hot film packages comprises the above laminate.

The vinyl monomer (B) used preferably comprises at least one vinyl compound selected from the group consisting of styrene or its derivatives, acrylonitrile or its derivatives, and (meth)acrylic acid or its derivatives.
