摘要： PURPOSE: To enable a simple loading or unloading of a top board by arranging a seal packing between the top board and the top surface of a sink base, a top board positioning device on the body of a cooking apparatus and a support metal on the rear of the top board and a support lever slidable on the body of the cooking apparatus to retain the top board. CONSTITUTION: A top board 2 is mounted on the top of the body 4 of a cooking apparatus and a seal packing 8 is provided on the rim of the outer circumference thereof being put closely on the top surface 9 of a sink base. Positioning holes 10 are mounted on the left and on the right on the rear of the top board 2 and a support metal 3 at the center. On the other hand, a positioning pawl 11 to be coupled to the positioning hole 10 is mounted on the body 4 of the cooking apparatus and a support lever 5 at the center. The support lever 5 turns horizontally with a pin 13 as fulcrum and the tip part 5a thereof is fitted into a support metal 3 to retain the top board 2. To mount the top board 2, the positioning hole 10 of the top board 2 is put onto the positioning pawl 11 to be placed and then, a lever knob 5b is pulled forward to turn the support lever 5 so as to be fitted into the support metal of the top board 2.

At a point on the metal frame at which the metal frame surrounds an outer peripheral end part of a flame hole arranging part of the ceramic plate, a series of protruding parts 20 with respect to a flame hole surface are formed to provide a prescribed space between a peripheral end part on the flame hole surface side of the metal frame and the flame hole surface. In addition, an air inlet 19 communicated with the fan device 17 is opened in the vicinity of the mixing pipe of the infrared burner.

According to this constitution, when the ceramic plate 4 is at a low temperature in the beginning of ignition of the infrared burner 7, unburned gas of CO, etc., is exhausted, but by the void between the frame body 6 and the flame hole surface, convection heat and radiation heat from the flame hole surface are abs rbed efficiently and a temperature of the plate 4 rises quickly, therefore, this unburned gas is reburned. Accordingly, combustion can be stabilized in a wide range.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the cooking convenience by installing a lower burner having a plurality of flame holes under a grill in a gas cooking device using gas fuel such as city gas so that secondary air for burning is forcedly fed from the periphery of the lower burner to narrow the flame forming portion of lower burner at the downstream side. CONSTITUTION:An object being cooked 18 placed on a grill 19 is heated by an upper burner 17 in a heating chamber 14 so that its top surface is heated uniformly. A lower burner 23 produces flame at a flame hole 22. The flame is mixed, in an air chamber 24, with secondary air supplied forcedly by a fan means 25 to produce a high-temperature gas stream, which flows under the lower portion of the object being cooked 18 and the grill 19 in parallel to them. The mixture is rapidly changed into hot gas with its volume being increased suddenly, so that the blowing velocity becomes very high at the restriction of the opening 21. Therefore, hot gas is allowed to flow from the rear of the heating chamber 14 to a door 15 with a relatively small amount of air. Thus, the object being cooked can be grilled uniformly and juicily.
