    • Provided is a quiet propeller including a propeller blade having such a pitch angle not at its root portion but at its blade end edge portion with respect to a relative flow in the rotational direction, as to raise the internal pressure of a liquid thereby to eliminate a cavity, a water bubble or a cavitation at the blade root portion at the time of a high-speed rotation so that the propeller is rotated at a high speed by a small prime mover and by a prime mover capable of moving much fluid backward. In the quiet propeller, a propeller blade is curved backward at its leading end portion to form a slope portion, and a rotational front side end portion in the slope portion is formed into an arcuate shape in the side view whereas a rotational rear side end portion is so gradually extended backward from the rotational front side end portion as to become straight from the blade root to the blade end, thereby to form a deflecting slope face. At the rotating time, the fluid is pushed toward the back axis from the deflecting slope face in the slope portion.

    • There are provided a heater unit and a battery structure with heater, which are capable of heating the battery structure appropriately and preventing a heater (part or whole of the heater) itself from excessively increasing in temperature. A first heater unit is provided with a first sheet heater, a first holding member holding it, and a first sheet placed between a lower surface of a first heater and the first holding member in such a manner as to be deformable in at least a direction of thickness of the first heater. The first heater is deformed when the first heater unit is fixed to the battery pack 50, thereby pressing the lower surface of the first heater to bring an upper surface of the first heater into close contact with an outer surface (a surface to be heated) of a spaced part of the battery pack.

    • A chassis dynamometer is arranged to test a vehicle operated thereon so as to follow up a target vehicle speed. A controlling system determines a load as a command torque from a detected actual vehicle speed of the vehicle on the chassis dynamometer and controls a running resistance of the vehicle by controlling a dynamometer unit in accordance with the load. The controlling system comprises a monitoring section for detecting an abnormal condition indicative of a vehicle's disability to follow up the target speed by monitoring a speed deviation between the detected actual vehicle speed and the target speed, and a correcting section for correcting the command torque to reduce the speed deviation when the abnormal condition is detected.
