摘要： An explosion-proof seal plate for an enclosed cell and a production method thereof, whereby current is cut off when the internal pressure of the cell rises, and also the rise of the resistance due to permeation of an electrolyte is limited. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the cell from exploding in the event of the abnormal generation of gas caused by chemical reactions due to overcharge or an erroneous operation and thus protect the device powered by the cell. A thin portion (7a) having a breaking strength of 18 to 24 kg/cm is disposed at the center of an upper metallic foil (7) made of aluminum, a thin portion (8a) having a breaking strength of 10 to 13 kg/cm is disposed at the center of a lower metallic foil (8) made likewise of aluminum, the diameter (A) of the thin portion (7a) of the upper metallic foil (7) and the diameter (B) of the thin portion (8a) of the lower metallic foil (8) are so set as to satisfy the relation A>/=B, these two metallic foils are welded at their center through an insulating gasket (3) and are fitted into a metallic case (4) made of aluminum and having four vent holes, a temperature resistor (5) and a metallic cap (6) having four vent holes (6) are put on the case (4), and the peripheral portion of the metallic case (4) is sealed to obtain a seal plate. In this way, the cell can be reliably exhausted if an excessive amount of gas is generated under the abnormal state of the enclosed cell, and the accidents of the cell such as ignition, explosion, etc., can be prevented.

摘要： An operation type electronic component which is used for a remote controller of various electronic equipment and portable electronic equipment and is equipped with a push switch driven by the rotating or push operation of an operation knob. The component can be reduced in size by a simple construction and can be grounded by merely fitting. A dome-like movable contact (23E) is put on fixed contacts (23A, 23B) disposed on a fitting substrate (22) to form a switch unit (23). An L-shaped actuator (24) is interposed between this switch unit (23) and a driving body (21) so that the driving body (21) returns to the original state after the push operation of an operation knob (6) by the elastic operation force of the dome-like movable contact (23E) of the switch unit (23). Further, a metal plate (25) equipped integrally with a live current portion (10) and a conductor of an earth portion (26) is fixed by insert-molding to the resin fitting substrate (22) and is electrically isolated so as to interpose a lightning conductor portion (26A) of the earth portion (26) between the live current portion (10) and the operation knob (6). According to this construction, the number of constituent components can be reduced, the overall size can be reduced, too, and static electricity occurring in the operation knob (6) can be always conducted to the earth.
