    • An explosion-proof seal plate for an enclosed cell and a production method thereof, whereby current is cut off when the internal pressure of the cell rises, and also the rise of the resistance due to permeation of an electrolyte is limited. In this way, the cell can be reliably exhausted if an excessive amount of gas is generated under the abnormal state of the enclosed cell, and the accidents of the cell such as ignition, explosion, etc., can be prevented.
