      SOLUTION: A flow passage member 40 provided with a fuel-gas flow passage 62 and a combustion gas flow passage 60 is arranged at least on one face of a housing. At least one kind of catalysts 86, 88 is accommodated in the fuel-gas flow passage. The fuel gas is supplied to a generation/combustion means through the fuel-gas flow passage, and the combustion gas is discharged from a generation/combustion chamber through the combustion gas flow passage.
