    • Methods, apparatuses, and computer readable media for dynamic fragmentation in a wireless local area network (WLAN) are disclosed. An apparatus of a first high efficiency (HE) station (STA) including processing circuitry is disclosed. The processing circuitry may be configured to: decode a HE fragmentation support subfield from a second HE STA, the HE fragmentation support subfield indicating a first dynamic fragmentation level that is supported by the second HE STA as a recipient. The processing circuitry may be further configured to: encode an add block acknowledgment (ADDBA) request frame comprising a second dynamic fragmentation level, and decode an ADDBA response frame comprising a third dynamic fragmentation level. The processing circuitry may be further configured to determine a fourth dynamic fragmentation level to use to transmit MSDUs to the second HE STA based on the first dynamic fragmentation level, the second dynamic fragmentation level, and the third dynamic fragmentation.
