摘要： There is provided an electrolytic solution comprising a fluorine-containing cyclic carbonate (I) represented by the formula (I): wherein Rf1 is a fluorine-containing ether group (Ia), a fluorine-containing alkoxyl group (Ib) or a fluorine-containing alkyl group (Ic) having two or more carbon atoms; X1 and X2 are the same or different and each is H, F, Cl, CF3 or CH3; X3 is H, F, Cl or an alkyl group in which hydrogen atom may be substituted with halogen atom and hetero atom may be contained in its chain, and an electrolyte salt (II). The electrolytic solution is excellent in flame retardance, low temperature characteristics and withstand voltage, high in solubility of an electrolyte salt and excellent in compatibility with a hydrocarbon solvent.

The high molecular weight ion conductor comprises an ion conducting compound (I) and an electrolytic salt (II), and the ion conducting compound (I) is a non-crystalline fluorine-containing polyether compound having a fluorine-containing group in its side chain and a unit dissolving an electrolyte, or a crosslinked product thereof.

The present invention relates to an electric double-layer capacitor, comprising: a positive electrode; a negative electrode; and a non-aqueous electrolytic solution that includes a non-aqueous solvent and an electrolyte salt, the non-aqueous solvent including: a fluorine-containing ether; a fluorine-containing unsaturated compound (I); and a hydroxyl group-containing compound (II), the fluorine-containing ether being represented by the formula (1): Rf1—O—Rf2 (1) wherein Rf1 and Rf2 are the same as or different from each other, and are each a C1-C10 alkyl group or a C1-C10 fluoro-alkyl group, provided that at least one of Rf1 and Rf2 is a fluoro-alkyl group, the hydroxyl group-containing compound (II) being represented by the formula (2): Rf1OH (2) wherein Rf1 is as defined above, the total amount of the compounds (I) and (II) being 5,000 ppm or less based on the amount of the fluorine-containing ether.

摘要： The present invention provides a high dielectric film for a film capacitor obtained by molding a film forming composition for a film capacitor comprising a thermoplastic resin (A) and surface-treated high dielectric inorganic particles (B) obtained by treating the surfaces of high dielectric inorganic particles (b1) having a dielectric constant (20° C., 1 kHz) of 100 or more with a low dielectric compound (b2) having a dielectric constant (20° C., 1 kHz) of 10 or less. This high dielectric film for a film capacitor can restrain the decrease of electrical insulating property, in spite of the high dielectric inorganic particles being dispersed at a high filling rate.

The electrolyte comprises (A) a non-crystalline fluorine-containing polymer having, in a trunk chain and/or side chain of the polymer molecule, a structural unit D having five or more chained units derived from a fluorine-containing ether, (B) an electrolytic compound and (C) a solvent, and has an ionic conductivity of from 10−10 to 101 S/cm measured at 25° C. by an alternating current complex impedance method. The electrolyte is useful for various electrochemical devices.
