    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a drive part compact by forming a Y type glove valve which is provided in zero atmosphere which is isolated from outer air and has atmospheric pressure or more and is opened and closed by an air cylinder in such a manner that a ratio of air pressure for operation of the air cylinder to pressure of zero atmosphere becomes a specific value. SOLUTION: A Y type glove valve which is used to shut off steam in a plant for nuclear power generation consists of an intermediate pressure double acting cylinder 1, an oil cylinder 2, and a spring 3 which are arranged in parallel, generates open and close drive force by the intermediate pressure double acting cylinder 1, and adjusts open and close speed by a throttle valve 6 provided in an oil cylinder 2. In this case, a ratio of air pressure for operation which operates the intermediate pressure double acting cylinder 1 to pressure of atmosphere in which the Y type glove valve is provided becomes a reverse number of a ratio of critical pressure of air for operation to all pressure or more. Consequently, it is possible to reduce the total length of a drive part by about 25% and the distance between the drive part and the center of gravity of a bonnet by about 35%, facilitate the mounting and dismounting works, and improve its maintenance property.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to perform the pressure tests of pressure containers, pipes, equipment and the like with a safety valve mounted by applying loads on the safety valve stepwise by a plurality of times by a pressure jig for the safety valve in accordance with the pressure increase in the object of the pressure test for the pressure container and the like. SOLUTION: An oil cylinder 42 is supported through a supporting rod 41 and arranged in series with a valve rod 3 of a safety valve 20. An oil pump 45 and an automatic operation valve 47 are arranged in parallel at the upstream side of the oil cylinder 42 and controlled with a controller 48. The controller 48 constitutes a load control means and outputs the control command signals, by which loads for pressure resistance are applied to the safety valve 20 stepwise in a plurality of times in accordance with the pressure increase in the object of the pressure test based on the detected pressure value of the pressure container or the like detected with a pressure detecting sensor 49 in the pressure test and the detected value of a load sensor 43, to the driving mechanism of a pressure jig 40 for the safety valve. Thus, the pressure test can be performed with leaktightness performance being maintained without generating excessive stress in the valve body part of the safety valve 20.
