The reaction components are supplied from storage containers 1, 2 through injection nozzles 7, 8 by pumps 5, 6. As shown the remixing system &c is formed in one part of the mould, the other part comprising a plane surfaced cover. Alternatively the system may be formed in both parts of the mould. In Fig. 3 (not shown) the remixing system comprises a series of barriers 33 formed in a sprue section 30. Fig. 4 shows a further embodiment comprising two mould parts 37, 38 hinged at 39. The remixing system 46 comprises two sections 50, 51 in the form of replaceable inserts 58, 59. In the section 50, an outlet 45 from a mixing chamber 44 opens into a distributing channel 52 connected by mixing channels 53 to a collecting channel 54. The section 51 comprises a distributing channel 52 connected by mixing channels 56 to a collecting channel 57. When the mould is closed the channels 53, 56 cross over one another. Channels 56 increase in cross section in the direction of flow while channels 53 decrease. In another embodiment the mixing channels have the same cross-sectional area but differ in depth and width over their length.
