摘要： A printing control apparatus is provided which can produce an appropriate copy-forgery-inhibited pattern image by adding a monochrome copy-forgery-inhibited pattern even if monochrome mode printing is performed in the condition in which a color copy-forgery-inhibited pattern is set. When the monochrome mode printing is performed in the condition in which the color copy-forgery-inhibited pattern is set, and if the copy-forgery-inhibited pattern color is output with its color unchanged, the color is not converted into 100% black. Considering this, when a forced monochrome mode is selected, even if the user's setting for the copy-forgery-inhibited pattern is color, the color is changed to monochrome (black) before output. If the designated copy-forgery-inhibited pattern setting is for color, the designated copy-forgery-inhibited pattern setting is changed to the monochrome copy-forgery-inhibited pattern setting so that the printing processing is performed in the monochrome mode using the designated copy-forgery-inhibited pattern setting.

摘要： Embodiments of the invention provide an IGCC which achieves improved plant thermal efficiency by using a cooling steam supply system that cools the high-temperature sections of the gas turbine 34. Embodiments of the invention further provide and IGCC in which the cooling steam recovery system recovers steam after cooling the gas-turbine high-temperature section and makes practical re-use of the energy and substances within the system. Therefore, embodiments of the invention can reduce or eliminate the degradation of certain equipment by cooling the high-temperature sections. Methods are provided for increasing the thermal efficiency o an IGCC.

摘要： A steel laminate gasket of the invention is installed in an internal combustion engine having at least one fluid hole and a plurality of bolt holes therein. The gasket basically comprises first and second plates for constituting the steel laminate gasket, and includes holes corresponding to the fluid hole and the bolt holes. A sealing device is formed around the fluid hole for sealing therearound when the gasket is tightened. At least one seal protecting member is integrally formed with the second plate. The seal protecting member extends from the second plate and is turned near the bolt hole to pile together with the first and second plates adjacent the sealing device. When the gasket is tightened, a part of the tightening pressure applied by the bolts is supported by the seal protecting member to thereby provide moderate tightening pressure to the sealing device.

摘要： A corrosion-resistant, quick disconnecting coupling assembly for piping use consisting of a female coupling and a male coupling for causing or stopping the conduction of a fluid by connection or disconnection between both is provided. The female coupling and the male coupling comprise each an exterior coupling body, a cylindrical valve member mounted in the body so as to form an annular closed chamber enclosed by the former two, which member has therethrough communicating transverse and longitudinal holes as a flow path of the fluid and a spring housed in the chamber so as to be compressible or extensible. The valve member is wholly or partially slidable. The one valve member may consist of a fixed valve and a slidable valve sleeve and the other valve member may be a slidable poppet valve. Each of the valve members may be a poppet valve which is slidable. O-rings are incorporated to avoid leakage of fluid to the spring chambers and to ensure a leak-tight seal of the fit portions of both the couplings upon connection. The female and male bodies and the female and male valve members are made of a synthetic plastic, preferably a fluoroplastic, the O-rings of the female and male couplings are made of a synthetic rubber, preferably a fluororubber, and the female and male springs are coated with a synthetic plastic, preferably a fluoroplastic.

The first heat exchanging unit heats the heat medium flowing through the first pipe by using heat of the first heat receiving face. A second heat exchanging unit includes a second pipe through which the heat medium heated by the first heat exchanging unit flows, a second heat receiving face which receives heat of the sunlight reflected by a plurality of reflecting units, and a nozzle provided to the second pipe to discharge the heat medium flowing through the second pipe toward a back face of the second heat receiving face.

Removing the dielectric film on the semiconductor layers and the first-etch stop layer along the second pattern, using a second- and third-etch stop layer are conducted in single step after forming the confinement structure. The relief structure is formed by three layers including a lower, middle and upper layer, and total thickness of three layers is equal to the optical thickness of an odd multiple of ¼ wavelength (λ: oscillation wavelength, n: refractive index of the semiconductor layer). The layer right under the lower layer is the second-etch stop layer and the first-etch stop layer is laid right on this etch stop layer.

The reception unit receives a first parameter, which is to be transmitted responsive to a user issued request instruction sent to the apparatus and is described in a format that conforms to a first network protocol corresponding to the request.
