摘要： Disclosed is a method for the purification of bee venom on a mass scale. It comprises dissolving crude bee venom in a solvent to form a bee venom solution; applying an adsorbent to the bee venom solution to form a mixture; and removing the adsorbent through filtration to afford a pure bee venom solution. By the method of the present invention, crude bee venom collected from bee farms can be purified to a purity of 99% or higher on a mass scale, without inducing a change in the composition thereof, and thus the purified bee venom can be used as a material for medicines, cosmetics and foods.

摘要： Disclosed is a conjugated linoleic acid (CLA)-comprising soybean composition, and a production method thereof. More particularly, in the disclosed soybean composition, the conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) is obtained by converting linoleic acid into the conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) by addition of microorganisms to soybean pieces. When the composition is used as a food, the usability of the soybean is maximized, thereby increasing the productivity of the soybean within the country. Also, the composition has the physiological activity of the microorganisms, and the conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), which are both beneficial to the human body, and thus shows a synergistic effect such as cholesterol reduction, hyperlipidemia improvement, and arteriosclerosis relief. Thus, it may be used as a functional food or a medicine.

摘要： The present invention relates to fusion polynucleotides for biosynthesis of beta-carotene and a method for producing beta-carotene using the same. More particularly, it relates to fusion polynucleotides encoding phytoene synthase, connective sequences of FMDV- derived 2A sequence or internal ribosome entry site (IRES) and carotene desaturase, and a method for producing beta-carotenes using the same. Fusion polynucleotides and the recombinant vector using the same of the present invention have the effect of expression both phytoene synthase gene and carotene desaturase gene stably within cell transf ormants. Accordingly, fusion polynucleotides of the present invention can be used to regulate the biosynthetic metabolism of plant producing beta-carotene. Furthermore, it can be applied to effectively increase the content of beta-carotene, a useful metabolite.

摘要： Disclosed herein is an indicator for indicating an estrus starting time, which is capable of easily checking an estrus starting time while a manager does not continuously monitor a female animal when the female animal is in estrus. The indicator includes a pressure detecting portion which detects a physical pressurization state and generates a pressure detection signal; a light-emitting portion which emits light according to a light-emitting operation signal output from a controller; the controller which receives the pressure detection signal generated by the pressure detecting portion and generates and sends the light-emitting operation signal to the light-emitting portion when the pressure detection signal is continuously received for a predetermined time; and a power source which supplies power necessary for the operations of the components. When the indicator is mounted on a cow and the pressure detecting portion generates the pressure detection signal for 3 to 10 seconds due to mounting of another cow, the controller sends the light-emitting operation signal to the light-emitting portion for an estrus duration of the cow, that is, 48 hours. Accordingly, a manager can easily check estrus of a female animal through such a signal.

The hoof bath includes at least one bottom plate, a plurality of embossings protruded from an upper surface of the bottom plate, and arranged in longitudinal and lateral directions while being uniformly spaced apart from one another, and front, rear, left, and right walls arranged along a periphery of the bottom plate, to prevent a cleaning solution from being leaked.
