The preliminary molded article is exposed to microwaves of a resonator (11) at least in a partial heating time. According to the preferable progress, the heating of the preliminary molded article is performed in the resonator. The resonator is a constituent element in which electromagnetic radiation is introduced therein, and thereafter, the radiation is kept in a predetermined period by continuous reflection. The resonator is required to generate an appropriate microwave field having an appropriate electric field intensity distribution.
