摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a pour spout capable of preventing the leak of fuel vapor, and the entry of foreign particulate material into a gap between a conduit and a sleeve. CONSTITUTION: A pour spout 1 is used for pouring the fluid such as fuel and the like by gravity from a container 2 to a tank 3. The pour spout 1 comprises a first end connected to a fuel container 4 and a second end positioned in a neck 7 of the tank 3. A sleeve 5 is mounted for sliding movement within the conduit 4, and an outer end of the sleeve 5 carries a closure 17 for closing off a discharge end of the conduit 4. A seal is incorporated to prevent the entry of foreign particulate material into the sliding interface formed between the conduit 4 and the sleeve 5. The seal is provided by an annular skirt which overlaps with an annular flange 64 together with an annular jacket 68 of resilient foam material surrounding the sleeve 3 and conduit 4 at the location of the sliding interface.

摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a simple speed limiting device that can be arranged on an engine, so as to compute the time between successive ignition pulses, output a speed signal, compare the speed signal with a reference signal generated by a generating means, and generate a limit signal based on the result of comparison. CONSTITUTION: A computing means for outputting a speed signal that is functionally related to the time between successive ignition pulses and hence the engine speed comprises an ignition input circuit 10, an inverter 12 and a first frequency divider 14. A generating means for generating a reference signal that is functionally related to the desired maximum limit speed is comprised of a 1 MHz input 16 for outputting a clock signal to a second frequency divider consisting of frequency dividers 18, 20. The speed signal is compared with the reference signal. A limit signal is generated if the result of the comparison indicates that the actual engine speed is about equal to or greater than the desired maximum limit speed. Thus, it is possible to obtain a simple speed limiting device that can be provided on an existing engine by connecting to an ignition device thereof.
