    • PURPOSE:To reduce a die change time and to improve productivity by controlling the drive for each driving device for reciprocating a moving truck, traveling a die supporting base and moving a base rest vertically and reversing the moving truck with a truck reversing device. CONSTITUTION:The moving truck 1 is reciprocated between a forming machine P and a die storing shelf. On the moving truck 1 is provided a shelf frame 2, in front of which the die supporting base 4 is provided movably vertically on the base rest 3 supported movably in the direction at right angles to the moving truck 1. The drive for each driving device I, II, III for reciprocating the moving truck 1, traveling the die supporting base 4 and moving the base rest 3 vertically is controlled by a controller C. Besides, the moving truck 1 is reversed by the truck reversing device. By this method, the die change time can be reduced and the productivity be improved.

    • PURPOSE:To shorten the time in changing a die by arranging the upper and lower platform having a die supporting base respectively on a mobile truck and arranging each platform liftably on the truck. CONSTITUTION:On a mobile truck 1 1st and 2nd platforms 3, 4 are arranged in the upper and lower two steps and made freely movable vertically along each longitudinal frame 21. On each platform 3, 4 the supporting bases 5, 6 sliding in the fore and aft directions are arranged in the same number. The truck 1 is traveled by driving with a motor 12 and a new die M in a die storage room H and the die M set to each forming machine P1-P4 are quickly changed via the slide of the supporting bases 5, 6 and the lift of platforms 3, 4. In this case, due to the movement of the trick 1, the lift of the platforms 3, 4 and the movement of the supporting bases 5, 6 being automated by the motors 12, 8, 51, 61 the changing time of the die M is shortened.
