    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of nano-fiber hybrid composite material is characterized by omitting a non-woven fabric manufacturing process and a sea ingredient eluting process, manufacturing nano-fiber web with an upward-type electric spinning device to comprise the nano-fiber alone without bead, improving touch and appearance, sucking a polymer solution for matrix with a suction device on an outlet of a bath of the polymer solution to fill pores of the nano non-woven fabric with the polymer solution uniformly and giving excellent physical properties. CONSTITUTION: Nano-fiber hybrid composite material is obtained by the steps of: (i) spinning a spinning solution with an upward-type electric spinning device to manufacture nano-fiber web; (ii) passing the nano-fiber web(7) in a bath(8) of a polymer solution for matrix; sucking the polymer solution with a suction device(10) installed on an outlet of the bath to fill pores of the nano-fiber web with the polymer solution; and then squeezing, drying, pressing and winding the nano-fiber web. The bottom-up electric spinning device comprises: a spinning solution main tank(1); a spinning solution auxiliary tank(2); a spinning solution drop device(3); a nozzle block(5); a collector(6) which is installed over the nozzle block, gathering fibers spun through the nozzle block; a voltage generator(4) applying voltage to the nozzle block and the collector; and nozzles installed on the nozzle block.

The manufacturing method thereof is simple. A conductive plate or a mesh(A) is laminated on the collector. A polymer film layer(B) engraved patterns is set on the plate or the mesh(A). Release material(C) is coated on the film layer(B). The polymer film layer(B) is a polyolefine type resin, a silicone resin, a teflon resin or a polyurethane resin. The release material(C) is the teflon resin, the silicone resin or wax.

    • 본 고안은 표면 영구자석형 전동기의 영구자석 이탈방지 장치에 관한 것이다.
      종래의 표면 영구자석형 전동기의 회전자는 영구자석의 이탈을 방지하기 위하여 회전자의 철심코어에 접착제를 바르는 본딩처리 방법과 본딩처리 후 다시 유리 섬유사(글라스 파이버 원사)로 감싸는 방법을 사용한바 상기 방법은 고속회전 시 및 온도상승 등의 영향으로 회전자의 영구자석이 이탈될 뿐만 아니라 제조공정이 복잡하고 본딩 경화시간이 길어 생산성이 저하되는 문제점이 있었다.
      본 고안은 상기의 문제점을 해결하고자 안출한 것으로, 표면 영구자석형 전동기는 회전자 몸체(1)의 회전축(2)에 형성된 철심코어(3)의 외측에 세그먼트(segment) 영구자석(4)의 N극과 S극을 정열 배열하고, 상기 영구자석(4)을 고정하기 위하여 황동(신주)이나 알루미늄 또는 PP(Poly Propylene)로 된 덮개 형상의 앤드 플레이트(end-plate)(5)를 장착하되, 상기 PP로 된 양측의 앤드 플레이트(5)를 일체형으로 형성할 수 있으며 또한 상기 앤드 플레이트(5)에는 내부 고열을 냉각시키는 냉각장치 역할을 하는 다수의 날개(5a)와 공기 흐름을 유도하는 통공부(5b)를 갖는 구조로 구성되어 있는바, 본 고안은 표면 영구자석형 전동기에 설치된 회전자가 고속회전 할 때 상기 앤드 플레이트(5)가 영구자석(4)의 이탈을 방지할 뿐만 아니라 내부 온도를 낮추고 제조원가의 인하 절감 등 생산성 향상의 특징이 있는 것이다.
