    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve performance of a gear pump and reduce a cost.
      SOLUTION: A gear chamber 2b of a gear case 2 constitutes a housing of a pump. Gears 5, 5' are rotatably disposed in the gear chamber, and are rotary-driven to suck fluid from a suction port 2a and discharge the fluid from the discharge port 2c. Each of gears 5, 5' is formed in a shape of a cylinder whose outer circumference has teeth. Both side face parts of an outer circumferential part including the teeth and an axial direction are molded with synthetic resin to form resin parts 7. Inside the resin parts 7, a cylindrical insertion members 8 with shaft holes through which rotational shafts 6, 6' of the gears 5, 5' are embedded so that center shafts of the insertion members 8 are coaxial with center shafts of the gears 5, 5'. The insert member 8 is made from metal with melting point higher than that of the synthetic resin of the resin parts 7, ceramic, or glass.

      SOLUTION: The method for dyeing a conjugate fiber raw material comprises dyeing the conjugate fiber raw material containing the polyester and the synthetic polyamide by one bath system in a dyeing bath keeping pH of the dyeing bath to the outside of the range of 5.0-6.5 in a disperse dye, an acidic dye or an acidic metal-containing dye and early stage of dyeing and sliding pH of the dyeing bath to the inside of the range of ≥5.0 and ≤6.5 during dyeing and containing a condensation type fixing agent or a combination of the condensation type fixing agent with a pH sliding agent and/or removing the disperse dye dyed into the synthetic polyamide by carrying out acidic reduction of the dyed conjugate fiber raw material after dyeing.
