A control device 32 is arranged to open/close the electromagnetic valve 30 based on a detection signal sent from the detecting sensor 31. Such an ionizer system is provided at each work bench or each work room, and the air supplying pipes 2 of a plurality of the ionizer systems are connected to a compressor or to an air-pump 6.
