摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain excellent opening and closing operations of a switch unit, while reducing its contact pressure on the wheel line of a clock to prevent the adverse effect on the accuracy of the clock, by forming the switch unit operating an electric time-information device of a reed switch and a magnet body. CONSTITUTION:A switch unit 10 operating an electric time-information device is formed of a reed switch 26 and a magnet body 28, and end parts of the first and second hour control levers 18 and 20 which drive the switch contact with an hour cam wheel 12. A one-minute control lever 46 controlling the closing operation of the unit 10 is engaged with a one-minute cam wheel 42. When an hour cam wheel 42 rotates, levers 30 and 32 are pressed to the right and the lever 46 enters the inside of the lever 30. Thirty seconds before a right hour, the lever 18 is disengaged from the cam wheel 42, while the lever 30 is moved to the left and engaged with the lever 46. When the right hour comes, the lever 46 is pushed up by a one-minute cam 44 and disengaged from the lever 30, the switch 26 approaches the magnet body 28, and the switch is closed. Therefore, excellent operating and closing operations are performed, the contact pressure on the wheel line of the clock is reduced, and thus the accuracy is maintained excellently.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts and simplify a constitution by engaging an engagement protrusion provided on a contact point plate of a chiming contact point device with a chaser gear ratchet tooth and making them perform a number counting action. CONSTITUTION:A contact point plate 22b of a chiming contact point device 22 is so designed as to correctly perform a function of conventional number counting piece. On the tip of the contact point plate 22b, an engagement protrusion 38 is formed. A pin 38 of a hooking piece 28 pushed up the contact point plate 22b directly without depending on a conventional number counting piece or is so designed as to open the said plate. Also in an illustrated example, the position of chaser teeth 12 can be maintained when the engagement protrusion 38 is intermeshed with a chaser gear ratchet tooth 14. When the chaser gear ratchet teeth 14 move intermeshed in an arrow mark D direction by means of a feeder pin 26 of a chaser tooth feeder cam 24, the engagement protrusion 38 is pushed up by the teeth of the chaser gear ratchet, so that the engagement protrusion 38 proceeds to the next tooth. In this way, the inclined plane of the said protrusion is designed.
