A first connector includes at least (n+y) plates, where y is selected from -1 and +1 so that (n+y) is a positive integer. At least one plate is arranged between extension parts arranged alternately and connected to the extension parts. Each plate includes, together with the first stem of an extension part, a plate stem practically matching on the same plane and forms a first connector attachment surface. A plurality of welded parts connect the plate to the extension part, and an assembled connector is welded to a column segment. At least one extension part is composed of a steel having a granular structure extending in the rotation direction practically perpendicular to the first stem.
