At least one plate is arranged between extension parts arranged alternately and connected to the extension parts. Each plate includes, together with the first stem of an extension part, a plate stem practically matching on the same plane and forms a first connector attachment surface. A plurality of welded parts connect the plate to the extension part, and an assembled connector is welded to a column segment. At least one extension part is composed of a steel having a granular structure extending in the rotation direction practically perpendicular to the first stem.
