    • PURPOSE:To auromate the adjustment of a supply voltage to a set value at a low cost and, at the same time, to improve the adjusting accuracy, by using an electrically-driven voltage adjuster equipped with both voltage boosting and voltage dropping elements and automatically controlling the voltage adjuster anticipating the inertia operation of its driving motor. CONSTITUTION:When drop commanding signals are outputted from output terminals O1 and O2 of a digital adjuster 6, a switching contacts 13-1 makes opening and closing operations and the always-opened contact R1-1 of a control relay R1 repeats opening and closing operations. On the other hand, when boost commanding signals are outputted from output terminals O3 and O4 of the digital adjuster 6, another switching contact 13-2 makes opening and closing operations and the always-opened contact R2-1 of another control relay R2 repeats opening and closing operations. Therefore, a condition where the driving motor 4b of an electrically-driven voltage adjuster 4 is stopped by inertia while a prescribed opened time after it is rotated for a prescribed closed time is repeated and the supply voltage to a machine 1 to be tested quickly reaches a set value without hunting. When the supply voltage becomes equal to the set value, the driving motor 4b of the voltage adjuster 4 is stopped from driving.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the stable and reliable drive of an automatic transformer by always supplying the motor driving AC voltage for the transformer from the secondary side of a stable transformer. CONSTITUTION:A motor drive circuit of an automatic transformer contains a slide transformer 1 and a control circuit 2. When the AC voltage is supplied to said motor drive circuit, the output voltage value detected by a voltage detecting transformer 3 is compared with the reference voltage. Then the slid of the secondary side contact is controlled via a motor 4 so that the difference between said two voltage values is set at 0. Here a switch 20 consisting of the contact of a relay 21, and a terminal 23 of the switch 20 is connected to a terminal 13 of a motor 4 for supply of the driving AC voltage. The relay 21 is set in parallel to an output terminal 6 with a fixed output voltage level of the automatic transformer defined as the drive voltage for actuation of the relay 21. Then the relay 21 is broken as long as the secondary contact of the transformer 1 is set at a position where the output voltage value is kept at a fixed level. Thus terminals 23 and 25 are connected to each other. While terminals 23 and 24 are connected when the AC input voltage has a drop, and the revolutions of the motor 4 are started.
