    • The invention relates to a method for kneading dough which comprises providing a substantially cylindrical bowl (40) for containing a mass to be kneaded and a pair of kneading tools (26, 36) rotatable within the bowl (40) around two axes parallel to the axis of the bowl, so as to define two theoretical cylinders which are substantially tangent both to each other and to the circumferential wall of bowl. Each kneading tool comprises at least one arm which extends substantially on the periphery of the respective theoretical cylinder. The two kneading arms (26,36) are rotated around their respective axes of rotation so that the arms have orbital movements around their respective axes of rotation which are synchronized with each other, so that the arms pass substantially simultaneously at the area (T1) where the respective theoretical cylinders are tangent to each other, crossing each other with opposite directions of movements, due to that the two tools rotate in the same direction, in such a way as to give rise to a cutting action on the mass of dough during kneading.

    • A kneading machine comprises a substantially cylindrical tank (40), and at least one kneading implement (26), which can turn within the tank (40), about an axis substantially parallel to the axis of the tank so as to define a theoretical cylinder. The kneading implement comprises at least two or more arms all extending substantially on the periphery of the respective theoretical cylinder so that said arms perform an orbital movement about the axis of rotation of the implement. Each arm, at least for a part of its length, is substantially rectilinear and set in a direction substantially parallel or slightly inclined with respect to a generatrix of the respective theoretical cylinder. The arms of the kneading implement are set at unequal angular distances apart about the axis of rotation of the implement in such a way as to be relatively grouped together in one or more angular ranges of the surface of said theoretical cylinder. The implement preferably co-operates with a similar implement or with a fixed contrast member.

    • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Schmelzepolykondensation von Kondensationspolymeren unter Entfernung gasförmiger Spaltprodukte in einem liegenden zylindrischen Reaktor mit einer Rührkammer und zwei koaxial in der Rührkammer angeordneten Rotoren. Als Nachteil der bekannten Doppelkäfigreaktoren erweist es sich, dass die zulässige Randgängigkeit bei größeren Käfigen durch die Durchbiegung der Käfige mit extern angeordneten Lagern in nachteiliger Weise beeinflusst wird. Dieser Nachteil wird durch die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung überwunden, indem der äußere Rotor (1) auf seiner der Antriebswelle (3) gegenüberliegenden Seite eine rotationssymmetrische Lauffläche (5) aufweist, die mit einem komplementären rotationssymetrischen Gegenelement (8) an der Gehäusewand des Reaktors oder mit der Antriebswelle (4) des inneren Rotors (2) ein Gleitlager bildet. Vorteilhafterweise weist auch der innere Rotor (2) auf seiner der Antriebswelle (4) gegenüberliegenden Seite eine rotationssymmetrische Lauffläche (6) auf, die mit einem Wellenfortsatz (7) der Antriebswelle (3) des äußeren Rotors (1) ein weiteres Gleitlager bildet.

    • The invention relates to a method, device and plant for producing a composite fuel based on hydrocarbon liquid and water and can be used for the power, fuel and transport industries and branches of industry related thereto. The inventive method is based on the hydroacoustic processing of a liquid mixture and involves the following stages: the supply of said mixture to the enclosed hollow (1) of two oppositely rotatable coaxial working wheels (3, 4) through inlet orifices (9, 9a) embodied in the discs (10, 10a) of said wheels; a discontinuous release of the mixture from the hollow (1) through orifices (5, 5a), which are embodied in the annular walls (6, 7) of the working wheels, to a collection chamber (8) and afterwards, to a circulation reservoir (22) from which a part of the treated mixture is returned to the hollow (1) for reprocessing, the other part being removed in order to be used as fuel. The inventive device comprises two opposite rotors (11, 12) provided with the working wheels (3, 4) which are embodied in the form of the discs (10, 10a) and provided with the slotted orifices (5, 5a). The working wheels are coaxially coupled to each other by means of the annular walls (6, 7) and form the enclosed hollow (1). A stator (2) is provided with a receiving hollow (17, 17a) which is connected to the hollow (1) by means of the inlet orifices (9, 9a) of the discs (10, 10a) of the working wheels. The inventive plant comprises a circulation circuit provided with series connected a circulation pump (20), the inventive device (21), the circulation reservoir (22) connected to the atmosphere, pumps (23,...25), cut-off and control units and pipelines.
