CONSTITUTION:A moving body 3 for throttle, which forms a varying venturi between a throat part 2 and the moving body, is vertically movably contained in a housing 1 having a vertically extending columnar air passage and the throat part 2 formed with upper and lower members 21 and 22, and is moved through a ring coupled with a shaft 31 at the lower end thereof. Further, a first power fuel feed system, which is connected to an annular orifice 4, being open to the narrowmost part of the throat part 2 and is actuated by means of a suction negative pressure, and a second power fuel feed system which is actuated through a lever 52 in response to the movement of the moving body 3. The second power fuel feed system is adapted to be actuated when a throttle is almost fully opened.

CONSTITUTION:A rotary vane 20 for driving a generator 8 in a housing 22 is formed into autogiro form and equipped with an empennage at the rear edge of a tail part 12 which extends rearward from the housing 22 and rotatably holds the housing 22 so that the direction of axis of the rotary vane 20 can be turned back and forth, and the rotary vane is tilted by positioning the center of gravity at the back from the housing 22 holding part. When the wind speed increases, the lift of the rotary vane 20 increases, and the rotary vane 20 is floated upward, and a generation set A turns and is set close to horizontal situation, and a wind receiving area is reduced, and an optimum number of revolution can be maintained. On the contrary, when the wind speed is reduced, the lift is reduced, and the generation set A is st to the further rearward tilted situation, and the wind receiving area increases, and the optimum number of revolution can be maintained.

    • PURPOSE:A food product containing water and lipid is heated together with a solvent under reduced pressure and the solvent is separated from the distillate and refluxed to remove the solvent containing lipid, thus the lipid in the food product is kept low to give a food product storable for a long period of time without taste deterioration. CONSTITUTION:A food product to be treated such as fish is placed in a cage of stainless steel 2 and put into the dehydration and defatting tank 1, then tightly sealed. As the tank 1, lipid concentration tank 4, condenser 6 and fractionation column 9 are evacuated, a solvent such as ethyl acetate is fed from the tank 11 into the defatting tank 1. When the solvent overflows from the tank 1 through the valve 32 and reaches a certain amount in the tank 4, the valve 31 is closed and the tanks 1 and 4 are heated to effect extraction of lipid in the food product as well as azeotropic distillation at a specific ratio with the water in the food, thus a part of the solvent containing lipid is transferred through the valve 32 to the tank 4. In the meantime, the condensed distillate 6 is separated into water and solvent in the separator 9 and only the solvent is recovered, sent through the valve 36 to the tank 1 for refluxing. When dehydration and defatting are completed to keep the lipid concentration low in the tank 1, the whole solvent in the tank 1 is made to flow down to the tank 4, then the distillation is effected under reduced pressure to remove the solvent.
