摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-stroke internal combustion engine having many advantages by remarkably reducing problems thereof.SOLUTION: In a crankcase scavenged two-stroke internal combustion engine, a piston ported air passage is arranged between an air inlet and the upper part of a number of transfer ducts. The air inlet is equipped with a restriction valve which is controlled by at least one engine parameter, for instance carburetor throttle control. The air inlet extends via at least one connecting duct to at least one connecting port in the engine's cylinder wall. The connecting port is connected with flow paths embedded in the piston in connection with piston positions at the top dead center. The connecting port is arranged so as to extend to the upper part of a number of transfer ducts. Each flow path through the piston is arranged so that a recess in the piston to be engaged with each transfer duct port is arranged, and so as to supply air for the period substantially equal to or longer than the period counted by the crank angle or the time of the intake.
