    • PURPOSE: A vehicle seat is provided to improve comfortableness, and to absorb vibration efficiently by arranging covering members at low elongation percentage without restricting movement of supporting members and metal springs. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle seat(10) uses a net member of three-dimensional structure as a covering member, and a front mesh layer and a back mesh layer are connected with plural piles. A seat back covering member(30) has an upper end portion(30a) fixed at an upper end frame(22a), and a seat cushion covering member(40) has a front end portion(40e) fixed to a front end frame(21a). A side portion(30c) of the seat back covering member is supported to be movable up and down with respect to guide frames. Both covering members are placed at the extremely low elongation percentage. Accordingly, the seat absorbs vibration efficiently, because movements of a support member(50) and metal springs(60) disposed under the seat cushion covering member are not restricted and vibration absorption is not hindered.
