    • A method and apparatus for providing a loudspeaker assembly is provided. In accordance with at least one embodiment, a method is provided which comprises forming a loudspeaker frame so as to define a driver housing portion, a horn portion, and a conformal portion. A driver aperture is defined for the driver housing portion, and a port aperture is defined for the horn portion. A driver is attached to the loudspeaker frame proximate to the driver aperture. A rear baffle is applied to a first conformal portion surface of the conformal portion of the loudspeaker frame. The rear baffle defines a horn cavity wall of a horn cavity of the horn portion. The horn cavity has an increasing cross sectional area as the distance from the driver housing portion increases. A grille is applied to a second conformal portion surface of the conformal portion of the loudspeaker frame.

    • A system is disclosed that includes a plurality of processors, which in some embodiments include DSPs and other microprocessors, and a distributed uniform memory. The distributed uniform memory is subdivided into a plurality of addressable memory spaces each of which are respectively primarily associated with one of the processors in the plurality of processors. At least an addressably contiguous portion of the addressable memory space primarily associated with one processor is mapped into the addressable memory space primarily associated with another processor. Thus, a processor will have access to the addressable memory space primarily associated with another processor, but will have such access independent of the load and timing requirements of the other processors.

    • A wireless digital audio distribution system includes a transmitter that performs parallel acquisition of audio data from plural audio data channels. The acquired data is stored to a first buffer during intervals defined by a first clock unit. A radio transmitter provides for the packetization of the parallel collected data and the inclusion of a timing marker in a predetermined packet of data transmitted during an interval. A receiver unit delivers audio output data corresponding to one of the audio data channels. The receiver unit includes a radio receiver for receiving packetized data and storing second parallel collected data to said second buffer. A demultiplexer is coupled to the second buffer to select the audio output data corresponding to the selected one of the plural audio data channels, whereby the audio output data is available for the selective reproduction of the chosen audio data channel.

    • An antigenic pharmaceutical composition is provided comprising Protective Antigen (PA) and Lethal Factor (LF), wherein said PA and/or LF lacks a functional binding site, thereby preventing said PA and LF from binding together via said binding site or thereby preventing said PA from binding to a native PA cell receptor via said binding site, and wherein said composition is substantially non-toxic to animal cells. The composition is for preventing or minimising anthrax toxicity in mammals, preferably in humans. Also provided are DNA and RNA based vaccines encoding the antigenic components of said pharmaceutical composition. The present specification also describes antibodies that bind to at least one of PA, LF or EF, which binding thereby prevents:—(i) PA from binding to LF or EF, or to a native PA cell receptor; or (ii) LF from binding to PA; or (iii) EF from binding to PA.
