摘要： A rotary impact tool can be used in a work especially precision or finishing of fastening is important. The rotary impact tool comprises a rotary driving mechanism including a driving source for rotating a driving shaft, a hammer fixed on the driving shaft, an output shaft to which a driving force is applied by impact blow of the hammer, a torque setting unit used for setting a fastening torque, a processor for calculating fastening torque from impact blow of the hammer, a rotation speed setting unit used for setting rotation speed of the driving shaft, and a controller for rotating the driving shaft of the rotary driving mechanism in a rotation speed set in the rotation speed setting unit and for stopping rotation of the driving shaft of the rotary driving mechanism when the fastening torque calculated in the processor becomes equal to or larger than a reference value of fastening torque previously set in the torque setting unit.

摘要： A color filter (19) used in a transmissive color liquid crystal display panel of a color liquid crystal display (LCD) apparatus. This color filter (19) is constituted by a tristimulus color filter for wavelength-selecting and transmitting red light, green light and blue light. Mixing of blue color and red color is prohibited by not having the transmission wavelength band of the red filter CFR overlaid substantially on the transmission wavelength band of the blue filter CFB.

摘要： It is an object of the present invention to provide signals which allow colors in a wider color range than predetermined standards, which can be handled by apparatus according to such predetermined standards. A primary color converter 62 converts first color signals having primary color points in a wider color range than the primary color points according to BT.709 into second color signals based on the primary colors according to BT.709. A photoelectric transducer 63 converts the second color signals into third color signals according to photoelectric transducer characteristics defined in a numerical range wider than a range from 0 to 1.0 of color signals corresponding to a luminance signal and color difference signals according to BT.709. A color signal converter 64 converts the third color signals into a luminance signal and color difference signals. A corrector 64A incorporated in the color signal converter corrects the color difference signals into color difference signals in a range from −0.57 to 0.56 containing a range from −0.5 to 0.5 according to BT.709, which color difference signals are assigned to an integral value in a range from 1 to 254 containing a range from 16 to 240 according to BT.709. The present invention is applicable to a video camera, for example.
