摘要： A method for continuously steaming rice includes the steps of evenly placing rice on a moving carrying surface of a single conveyor belt after the rice absorbed water, primarily steaming the rice by blowing steam to the rice placed on the carrying surface, sprinkling of hot water to be absorbed into the rice, and secondarily steaming the rice by blowing steam into the rice. These steps are performed successively without agitating the rice on the single conveyor belt within a sealed housing. The apparatus has a housing (4, 5) made up of a lower housing member (4) and an upper housing member (5) capable of moving vertically relative to the lower housing member (4). The boundary between the upper and lower housing members (5,4) is sealed by drained water during a steaming step.

摘要： A displacement detecting apparatus includes an error correcting circuit through which a pair of sine wave signals detected by a detecting head unit are corrected. A signal detecting circuit receives the pair of sine wave signals whose phases are shifted by about 90.degree., and detects a magnitude of one of the two sine wave signal when the other one of the two sine wave signals crosses with a reference voltage level. The error correcting circuit calculates an error correction amount of each sine wave signal according to the detected magnitude of the signal and eliminates the calculated error correction amount from the signals. Therefore, the sine wave signals of position information are accurately corrected in direct-current component, voltage ratio and phase difference.

摘要： An electric working apparatus includes a movable body which is driven by a movement mechanism, and the movable body is provided with a working mechanism such as an articulated robot. The movement mechanism, the working mechanism and etc. are driven by an electric power which is supplied through a power supply cord being extended from a cord reel mechanism fixed on a wall or floor within a working space of the movable body to be connected to the movable body. When the movable body moves in a manner that the movable body goes away from the cord reel mechanism, a tension detection switch is turned-off by a lever, a reel motor is turned-off, and clutch plates are released, and therefore, the power supply cord is wound from the cord reel mechanism by necessary length. When the movable body moves in a manner that the movable body approaches to the cord reel mechanism, the tension detection switch is turned-on by the lever and the clutch plates are engaged to each other, and therefore, the cord reel is rotated by the reel motor to wind the power supply cord.
