    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to control a control pressure applied to a reaction mechanism in accordance with the speed of a vehicle, by leading a control valve from a solenoid pressure control valve which controls a controlled flow hydraulic pressure at the control pressure in accordance with the vehicle speed. CONSTITUTION:When a vehicle speed exceeds a predetermined value, a solenoid drive circuit 71 is controlled in accordance with a vehicle speed signal V delivered to a computer 70, and a current value I fed to a solenoid 63 in a solenoid relief valve 60 is lowered in accordance with an increase in the vehicle speed. The spring load of a relief pressure setting spring 68 is increased in accordance with an increase in the vehicle speed, and as a result, a control pressure Pc fed into a reaction force chamber through an introduction port is increased in accordance with an increase in the vehicle speed. A reaction piston is pressed against an engaging ball with the axial thrust force to increase a manual torque which allows a sleeve valve and a rotor valve to rotate relative to each other. Thus, the control pressure Pc in accordance with the vehicle speed acts upon the reaction piston when the vehicle speed increases, thereby it is possible to provide a speed responsiveness to a manual torque.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the operating stability by containing a tubular control spool formed with restricting path integrally with a flow regulating spool valve while displacably in the housing and controlling the displacing motion in accordance with the temperature. CONSTITUTION:When the delivery oil from a pump to be driven by an engine is being fed to the feed path 15, a spool valve 17 will close the bypath 16 if the oil temperature is normal and the pump is rotating with low speed thereby the delivery oil will pass entirely through restricting holes 23, 24 and fed through a feed-out port 12 to the power steering system. Under high speed rotation, the spool valve 17 is slided to make the differential pressure across said holes 23, 24 constant thus to open the bypath 16 gradually. At the same time, the control 21 will go to the left this to restrict the open area of said hole 23 gradually but the viscosity of operating oil is high under low temperature to increase the differential pressure between the valve chamber 18 and said port 12 thus to move the control spool 21 to the right and to keep open the restricting hole 23.

SOLUTION: For connecting piping to the pump 9 of a power steering device or the like by a connector 1, the shaft part 51 of a sheet union 5 is pressed into the small diameter part 22 of the sheet union loading part of the connector 1, and then piping 3 is fixed to the sheet union loading part by a nut 7. At this time, the bead part 33 of the piping 3 is held and fixed between the sealing part 53 of the sheet union 5 and the nut 7, and an O ring 34 is held between the recessed part 32 of the piping 3 and the sealing surface 55 of the sealing part 53 to hold liquid sealing. Also, by using the inner peripheral surface of the opening end 54 of the sealing part 53 of the sheet union 5 as an R-shaped sealing surface 55, piping different from the piping 3 is fixed by the same connector 1.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify exchange in an eyebolt unit by a method wherein a cylindrically extended filter to filter working fluid containing a foreign matter is arranged on the inner end side of an axial hole fixed on the inner outer end side of the axial hole of the eyebolt. CONSTITUTION:A stepped part 51e is formed on the outer end side of the axial hole 51a of an eyebolt 51. Meanwhile, a fixing ring 56, to which a filter 53 extended in a cylindrical state to the inner end side of the axial hole 5la of the eyebolt 51 and filtering pressure oil containing a foreign matter is fixed, is fitted in until the fixed ring is brought into contact with the stepped part 51e. By caulking the whole periphery of the opening end part 51g of the eyebolt 51, an annular recessed groove 51d is formed in the eyebolt 51. Holding is executed by the annular recessed part 51d to prevent pull out of the fixing ring 56. This constitution causes simplification of exchange in an eyebolt unit when the filter 53 is damaged. Further, since the filter 53 is located in the axial hole of the eyebolt 51, there is little opportunity for occurrence of damage.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the buildup of discharge pressure over the specified value even with the increase of the escape quantity by forming a throttle part in an escape passage, as well as forming a pressure lead-in passage for communicating the throttle part with a back pressure chamber so as to energize a valve body to slide into a communicating direction by the acting force based on the pressure generated according to an operating fluid passing through the throttle part. CONSTITUTION:A part inside an escape passage is throttled to form a throttle part 42. A pressure lead-in passage 44 for communicating the throttle part 42 with a storage hole 32 is bored to lead pressure generated according to an operating fluid passing through the throttle part 42 into a back pressure chamber 46. When the operating fluid passing through the escape passage 29 is large, the lowering degree of the pressure at the throttle part 42 becomes large, and this pressure acts upon the back pressure chamber 46 through the pressure lead-in passage 44, so that a valve body 30 is energized to slide into the communicating direction. Accordingly, even if the discharge of the operating fluid is large and the energizing force of a spring 38 is increased according to the spring constant, discharge pressure does not becomes higher than the specified value because of the pressure led into the back pressure chamber 46 through the pressure lead-in passage 44 in addition to the force of the operating fluid acting upon the valve body 30 through the communicating hole 24.
